I’m still holding steady at 233. I’d like to lose at least 3 pounds this month but I’ll be happy with .3 after 5 weeks here! Maybe next week🤞💪🏻2 -

A little surprised at my weigh in this week. Although it was a busy week and I didn’t get to check in every day I was at 209 on thurs. Ah what can you do. Next week I will be more diligent about checking in and holding myself accountable.2

Goal/Comments: saw my doctor today first time after being homebound for the last 8 months she was so happy about my progress and that I am returning to the workforce after 7 years of being disabled. My back was in bad shape, but I still made it to her office, so proud of me. Also, it is official finally got the letter from HR about my recommendation and the pre-hire process has started YESSJen_967

Goals/Comments: Got a letter from my doctor that all my blood work came back normal. No more high cholesterol levels yippee! Still Pre-diabetes but at least it didn't go higher still working to get that 5.0 instead of 6.0 A1c
Food for thought: Did you know once you're label diabetic it never goes away even it you get the number down to normal? I was very perplexed when I heard this.

It's hard keeping up when a thread changes. LOL. Maybe an email reminder would be good too.ssssanaaaa wrote: »Hello team!

Calories: Over. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid overeating at night after a day of being in deficit? I find evenings the most difficult and the time when I tend to go over my calories.
Exercise: Yes, lots of walking.
Comments: I have been exercising/"moving my body" pretty consistently recently which I am happy about. I just need to stop overeating at night and stick to my deficit. If anyone has any tips on this I'd really appreciate it. I am planning on being under today!Hello, Slimsons!

Comments: I’ve been sick this week with some respiratory thing. My son has it too. We’ve tested negative for Covid and the flu, but this has wiped us both out for several days. I’ve tried to keep my steps up because I’m in a StepBet, and I’ve managed that so far - just walking around the house 500 steps at a time 😮💨Caloricus

Depends on why you’re over eating at night. Are you in deficit during the day because you aren’t eating enough throughout the day? Do you find yourself snacking while you’re fixing dinner or eating excessive portions at dinner. Look at how you’re eating to help with finding solutions.
If you’re snacking while you’re cooking then I think that you’re probably not eating enough during the day. If this is the case then give yourself some grace and add another hundred calories or so to your afternoon budget. The same goes if you find yourself eating excessively large portion sizes for dinner another trick is to use smaller sized plates.
If you find that you’re eating after dinner will then plan for that for the day have some preplanned dessert ideas such as berries and nonfat whipped cream which is only 100 cal or a couple little pieces of Hershey’s chocolates in the freezer only 25 cal apiece put them in your budget and pre-log them
