Just wanted to post this here. I've been doing these workouts and I really enjoy them. They are fun, low impact, and easy on joints. You can customize them to any fitness level and he has so many to choose from. I just did one tonight to get my steps in and I have more fun doing this than walking on a treadmill.

It’s been such a hectic week. My husband is selling part of his business while at the same time we are implementing a new software program that I have to enter all the data into. Not to mention, my car has been in the mechanic shop all week. Thank goodness I can go pick it up this morning4

Been getting a lot of headaches lately. This happened to me in June/July/Aug last year. Did all sorts of tests and everything came back normal. I know that consistent exercise helps me with my migraines. But it’s so hard to exercise when you have a headache.3
