    Just wanted to post this here. I've been doing these workouts and I really enjoy them. They are fun, low impact, and easy on joints. You can customize them to any fitness level and he has so many to choose from. I just did one tonight to get my steps in and I have more fun doing this than walking on a treadmill.

    I am going to try it cause although I just jointhe gym I twisted my wrist and can't go anywhere😥
