Got a nice 20 min brisk walk in this morning before heading out for work. Might not be much, but a good start considering my lack of exercise this past few weeks.

I'm new here, I think I'm the only new member in this team for February!
My name is Sarah and I live in the UK. I've recently been diagnosed with MS and having a life long illness has helped me to prioritise what I want from life. Being in a normal BMI is supposed to improve outcome of MS and so I'm very focused on achieving this goal, 1lb at a time.
I have lost 14lb since January 1st this year but have 47lb left to lose.2 -
