@frankwbrown I had you down in the dual challenge as 14800 and 10350 respectively. Should I adjust them?

@jessicakrall8 -- correct, I don't know what the PW stands for, sorry! My starting weight was 188, dropped a bit last week down to 185.6 (yeah me) and then bounced back to 188.7 -- oh my. Alas, was feeling on top of things for a bit. Sorry about that.

    Tuesday 15,292 !!

I haven’t hit that number is forever! Feels so good! My endurance on my walks is really picking up now too!

Bonus—I’ve was adding in a new recipe tonight and saw the add a website feature for the first time. It made the entry so easy! Glad- MFP didn’t make that a premium only option.

@frankwbrown you had an incredibly active day! I love the combinations of exercise! That helps a lot on getting bored or it becoming monotonous.

The above were my final steps for those days which I recorded the following mornings. They're so close, I don't think it matters much. Don't want to cause you extra work.

Good morning Shape Shifters. My day was full of cleaning, so not the most fun way to get steps. Walks should start up again today since my mom is visiting and we both love walking and photography. I found a small wooden puzzle a while back for cheap, so I got it to try. I got a little distracted while cleaning and reorganizing stuff, so I decided to 'quickly' make the puzzle since it was only 130 pieces. Well, that was a lot harder than I expected! The box didn't have a good picture of the puzzle image either which didn't help, but I really enjoyed making it. Picture in the spoiler.
I witnessed a bird of prey catching a sparrow in the front garden in the evening which was super cool. I just put my camera battery in the charger so I had to carefully and quickly rush over to the couch to put it back and hope I didn't spook the sparrowhawk. I was very lucky that he stayed sitting on top of the sparrow for around 50 seconds, so I got some pictures and a short video. I will put a picture under the spoiler, so don't look if it bothers you to see that. Happy Wednesday everyone <3

    This is the wooden puzzle.

Thank you @TexanMom8152 for your comment, well done on your weightless too ! How great to be able to lower your medication,a great NSV.I have been on BP tablets for 6 months.I suffer from White Coat Syndrome everytime I visit the doctor for a test it shoots up.I had a review last week it was high so had to send in 2 x daily readings for a week by text.Luckily my home results were within normal range so no change to my tablets. However my cholesterol had gone higher 🙁 hopefully I can reduce it by diet but I know the doctor will advise on taking statins.

HI all. After yesterday's weight loss, I did not stick to my macros like I had intended and went over 500 calories for the day. I did not work out either. Instead, dh and I went to see a 4:00 movie (Guardians of the Galaxy) and I ate a delicious small bag (no extra butter) of popcorn all by myself. Those were the extra 500+ calories.

Today is a new day of mindful eating. One thing I realized as a frequent and past dieter is that protein does work. The more protein I eat (over 107g), the less likely i crave carby foods because of feeling full. It's working for me so far.

I'm painting and doing the Arts today so maybe a little lower step count. I hope to get out and get in some exercise anyway.

@Pupowl -- how old is your kitty?

Fridays (but I'm going to be away this week, so Ii hope it's okay to do this early)
    PW: 201.0
    CW: 200.2

    Steps:
    5/12 15,585
    5/13 15,811
    5/14 11,883
    5/15 13,752
    5/16 11,892

It's been a little bit busier in our household the past couple weeks so I haven't been able to reach my step goal each day and I haven't been food logging. I feel like I'm just coasting at the moment and that's okay.

I am not sure since he came from the shelter. Someone found him half dead and brought him in. They guessed his age at 3-4 at the time and I have had him for 8 now, so he is probably around 12 years old.

    Hi y'all:

I'm fighting a cold something fierce this week, so I'm making it through the day, walking in little spurts when I can and then just falling into bed each night to get up and start all over again. I can't wait for my weekend, but sorry I'm not posting much...I'm just worn out and trying to function.

I'm recording everyone's steps. I'll post an update in just a few minutes, then I have to go walk a little.
Everyone is doing an amazing job this week!!

My steps are getting better since I joined the gym. I manage to get more steps in on the treadmill than I did walking at the park.

Gm yall. Been cray cray at work as I've had to step up and do a bit more.
    Pw 231.6
    Cw 323.8
Weight is off because of the crazy weather. Swelling in knee pain. But it is what it is. Gotta keep moving.

Can you double check please? We have your PW as 236.6, assuming CW is supposed to be 233.8
