Sorry for how long it took to get this up. My week has been a bit cray. All of our bolded steppers set a goal and met it, based on their average steps per day!

@melaniedscott I wasn't sure how to indicate my step goal so I did it as shown above, but I see I probably didn't do it properly? How should I register my step goal for the weekly step challenge?

No, I must have missed that. If I'd noticed it, you definitely killed it last week and would have been bolded. Not everyone lists a step goal. I'll update the spreadsheet and make sure it is there for this week.

All good, I get it, we're all busy and thank you for adding it in the sheet. I realise my step goal (7500 as set in my Garmin) is rather low, but with my desk job it's really hard to make it to 8k during the week.

Not just late, really late post.
Woke up this am with a wicked bad headache and a punk rock warlord screaming in my brain. I'm disposed to continuous earworms and that's fine but The Clash + a massive headache is not okay. Took me a while to stagger around and find water, ginger pills and aleve, but 30 mins on, it has helped. That's my go-to for burgeoning migraine relief these days.

Also, I have a pedometer on my phone but I installed Google Fit a while back. They NEVER agree about my steps. GF always is significantly lower I've watch both...my pedometer is more reliable. Weird.0

Quite a big loss despite ToM-week.. Looks like I was retaining some water due to not eating as healthy last week? Not sure, but this can't be all fat loss as I'm eating below maintenance but not that much.

My stomach is starting to feel better being off the ozempic. I actually had more energy and went for a walk which I haven't done in a month. I have also been having problems with my hip, I just had an emg which I reccomend noone ever has. I am also a big baby but that was probably the worst test I ever had. I get my results Thurs. I have been in physical therapy for a month which I finished up. Hoping it feels better soon.4

Weighed in at exactly the same weight as last week. While I am disappointed to not have lost even a smidge of weight, I am happy that I didn't backtrack and gain like I did last week. Besides, I had a really amazing Mother's Day weekend, so I didn't worry about tracking my meals, just wanted to spend time with my mom. I was feeling pretty down yesterday about feeling like I wasn't making any progress, but I am feeling more positive today and am going to keep my head up. Also, a NSV for me is that I was able to exercise more last week without any ankle/foot issues. I also have a walking pad on the way which I am very excited about. I think it'll be a really simple and easy way for me to get some more activity during the day!5 -

It's been crazy week! Sorry that I'm so late. We found out Saturday that my Mother-in-law needed to move in with us since she and her youngest son were being evicted. Her memory is failing. So, she needs to be evaluated and taken care in that regards too.
