We are so close to million, I can see it. There'a bit of a shake up on our leader board this week and the rankings for Most Consistent were really close! Our average steps went up, even with one fewer walkers. Well done!

Had a big workout week and haven't eaten the calories back, or very few on a couple days... Food logging is going well. Building up exercise/workouts is okay: going to try and incorporate 1 or 2 weight/resistance HIIT workouts into my week again (been all cardio past couple weeks). And since I haven't been sleeping well the last few days, I'm going to try and shutdown my laptop earlier and do a short yoga-for-bedtime session before I go to bed.
What's everyone else's non-scale goal for the week?

Once again, no change. I'm just grateful to not have gained any weight back, but I would definitely like to start making some loss progress. Every week my habits around eating and exercise are getting slightly better. I am confident I will make progress soon. I have a pool party on June 24th, so I am motivated to have made some progress before then.2 -
