This late posting is getting to be a habit...
All of our bolded steppers set a goal and met it, based on their average for the week.
We are now nearly at a million and a half with two weeks to go (on reporting)! That's terrific! Almost every walker increased their steps!
Way to go, walkers!! Keep it up!

I have been letting diet and exercise (particularly exercise) fall by the wayside as I prepared for the giant test that would graduate me from my rigorous dog training school. And yesterday, I passed the test and graduated with honors!! Huge NSV for me!
So now it's time to start moving again, and perfect timing because the pool opens this weekend!3 -

I'm going to take a break for awhile and try maintaining then starting back up again later. Hoping that after my body adjusts to this new lower weight when I start back up I can lose the last 15 or so lbs.

Yeah, not a problem - I'm weighing in tomorrow, so we essentially just traded and balanced each other out0 -

Has been a busy week. On Sunday I helped a friend organize one room in her (vry large) basement and there was a lot of running back and forth with boxes and moving furniture. They mived while she had a broken arm and her hubs had just had surgery...and they never got back to the basement. So, I'm helping. It is what I need to do in my home office. The crazy time at work has officially begun and will not really stop untill November. Not that November will be slow, just less cray. I hit the end of the day and feel like I've been running. But all I've done is answer a million questions, find ways to solve stupid data problems, and identify weird things.
All day yesterday, I kept thinking I need to post and then this am, realized I never did. Did two trail hikes this week (Tues/Thurs) and I need to do that twice a week. This trail has a bunch of hills and such. I'll be headed to Helena, MT in a few weeks for a conference and a bunch of us hike in the am on Mt Helena (and then there are conference parties in the pm)...I need to be in better condition. When someone 10 years older than me makes me look like an old lady. ...well, I am, but still.

Oh boy! That must have been a mistake when the results were tallied. Liselyn (jugar) does all of the calculations, and I take care of posting the results, so I am assuming she just missed it. I'll make sure she's aware of the mistake. Congrats on the second place this week!1 -
