Only a small loss, but very pleased with it as it was an unusual week with the bank holiday, then my Birthday mid week. We went away for a couple of days, and then another holiday weekend with the coronation etc. I honestly thought I might have had a gain, but I did mostly keep up my steps and did a good amount of hooping as well.7 -
Good morning, team! It's a rainy Monday here in Wisconsin, so I'm glad I got outside to do some yardwork yesterday when it was in the low 80s and sunny. Apparently a couple of hours of shoveling, raking, and sweeping was what I needed to kick-start my scale.

Really running behind today. I had an appointment first thing and then my friend took me to run some errands. I just finished an 11 minute walk. I know it’s not long but it’s huge for me. I have to grab some lunch then off for another appointment. I am going to try and fit another walk in if I have time before I go.3 -

Lots of steps yesterday. The two mini walks helped. The left side of my back is not happy today so I am going to play it by ear for exercise. I am going for my injections soon so hopefully it will help and I will get a couple of walks in. Bottom line is I am seeing a big change in the pain in my right side of my back and right leg. Hopefully, it lasts until Vegas.

Tuesday Morning Update:
I believe to be in keto for 2 days now, as my hunger has reversed.
My clothes feel tighter today though and the other day they felt loose. I am going to keep plugging away since I feel great!
I haven't been for a walk yet today as I am busy working.
The sun is shinning.
I am on 8 glasses of water so far today.
Lame but that's it so far today Any ideas what I could listen to during work? I need some ideas, music, podcast, any ideas?1 -
