Thank you for the reminder to set up June, Kathy...I wasn't even thinking this morning!!
We have the same schedule tomorrow...ALL DAY LONG!!! I do have my trainer at noon. Pat said to go see her. I offered to cancel my workout, but he said, "NO! GO!", so I am!! I'm gonna keep him. <3

Chris I saw Kathy's gentle reminder also. Rushed to help and you beat me to it. :D

Kathy I laughed when you mentioned weed pulling while being supervised. Beautiful image.

Karen my daughters birthday is June 9th. Bella will find the effect job.

Rained here. The garden looks beautiful. Iris are blooming.

Spent the day with Collin, Ronan and SIL while Sara worked. When she got home they had to take their 14 year old kitty to the vet. She had a fanny problem that the vet fixed...hopefully. They have to watch her for five days. Ronan loves that kitty.
It was a very long day. I did go to my trainers for an hour. She went easy on me today. :D
Going to the kids tomorrow evening for dinner.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Found a 3-pack Resistance Tube Kit at a store called Five Below. They have a nice selection of workout equipment for $5. Started yesterday using the lightest resistance. It included a chart with 11 exercises. I did one set…did them all except one…lunges.
    x2t30uy52vjr.jpeg

Also did 15 pushups, a 60 sec plank and 30 minutes on recumbent. Working hard to get under 170 this month. Need to really clean up meals and snacks. I’m motivated as we leave on our girls trip June 22. Excited and happy as mom is doing well so I can go without too much worry. My youngest sister is coming over to stay with mom for 4 days and my niece will cover 2 days.

Chris I hope the kitty gets better. And I did not check for the you know what exercise. :D

Kathy you are inspiring me. I worked out early Friday morning. Today worked on the mountain lifting and carrying wood. It poured at one point.

    Have a blessed Sunday

We checked on kitty yesterday. Ronan gave her love pets. She got her shot.
I did nothing today. It got up into the 90's.
Pat went and got Ronan for some playtime. I put all his Fire and Ice characters out back among the flowers and leaves and sent him out to find them. We had fun until Grandma got too hot then Ronan moved everything around and called Grandpa out. Hot Fun!! bwahahahaha!
I have Collin Duty in the morning then my trainer. SIL's mom is coming to take over at 10:30 so I can leave.
    That's it for now.

Chris what a full day. Love the "fire & ice" hunt. How is the kitty?

We attempted to put the play set together on the mountain property. And have a picnic with friends. It poured on and off. Not a drizzle. An all out drenching. We had 2 children. One just turned 2 and one almost two. 3 small dogs and 6 adults. Muddy play time between down pours. The kids loved it. As did the dogs. One of the men is a neat freak and worry wart. I felt bad for him. He was so worried the kids would get sick. The dogs were going to be sick. He was stressed. We were able to go into the camper during the worst of it. We managed to get a fire going and cook hotdogs and eat. Watched the rain, laughed and ate. We ate on the porch to the new cabin. It was fun despite the rain.

Of course the sun came out when we got home! Oh well the flowers were beautiful.

Shelley, it was pretty funny yesterday...today Fire and Ice and Stone monsters were put in the computer room and the ball pit and a book case...battle on!!!
I had Collin Duty until SIL's mom got there at 10:30. Collin slept for 1 hour 40 mins for me...that was the longest nap I've gotten. Then I went to my trainer for 60 mins. I'm hoping to walk to the post office tomorrow after Collin Duty that is supposed to end at 11:30. We'll see.

Not a great sleeping night....up here at 2am ;( Catching up still from a hectic weekend and busy work week. My Mother in Law Helen was in town from Florida. So nice to catch up with her for dinner Friday night. Saturday we had a graduation party for one of my closest friends 2 kids...a great time, and Sunday went to a minor league baseball game with family and friends. A lot...but also a lot of fun.

Last week of school for Bella finishing finals and a few key assignments. She's glad to be done and has made a lot of progress this year for sure.

She dinner get a summer job ( woo hoo) at Giant our local grocery store as a cashier...so excited about that. If all goes well she can keep a few shifts during the school year as well. She goes in Saturday to fill out paperwork.

I got a 30 min walk in yesterday...wanted to do more but the smoke from the Canadian wildfires was terrible. Hard to believe it hit us all the way on PA!

Made a yummy white chicken chili in the crockpot yesterday.....will make again!

    Happy Hump Day gals!

The air quality here in PA has been quite bad with these wildfires. They closed the yoga studio tonight and school had a 2 hour delay. Crazy!

My back is a tad achy...pulling weeds I think.

I'm off tomorrow....going downtown to the beach to visit my friend...may have to wear masks though.

    Happy end of week!

Chris let me know if you have it. I like how straight forward it is. And how the two workouts complement each other. You can start doing it and logging in. Seems that keeps it up in the top challenges. I would like to get a few more to join in. Even just viewing it helps.

Well, I did nothing today. The weather is so strange, and my head was weird all day long. Couldn't do it. Tomorrow we are having our windows and screens washed and then we are dropping the Santa Fe off at the car dealer to have it serviced Monday morning. We'll have Bean all day, too. The kids are going to the zoo and Bean cannot go. :o
    That's all for now.

Chris you so seldom discuss Bean now that there are grand boys. How is he doing?

Still cloudy and rainy here. I need a bit of sunshine. Worked out yesterday to KCM. Then cleaned up all the dying iris flowers so the new ones could shine. Went on the mountain today. Looks like we might be opting for spiral staircase to the loft. Took my daughter to dinner for her birthday with SIL Kyle. Gave her one of those boxes to watch all the movies and series she wants. No subscription needed. Great evening.

    Thanks Shelley..
I didn't see the challenge originally. Thanks for reposting. I'll check it out...I haven't heard of this gal.

The terrible smoke finally cleared outside...it was a few days. I spent the weekend at my friend Karen's house with another friend. We had such a fun time...lots of laughing ;)

Yesterday was a regroup day....went food shopping and toiletry shopping for vacation (we leave Saturday for Virginia.)

School is done....Bella has orientation at Giant grocery store today as a cashier...hoping this is a good experience for her.

I have been very sluggish with logging my food. Plan on focussing on that this week.

Going to sunrise yoga in a bit...hope everyone has a great Monday!

Karen you take the best photos. And this one is beautiful. Have a great trip. And look forward to you joining us with Kelly Coffey Meyer. With all the free weights you bought during Covid this will be great for you.

Did the workout again this morning. It is a dreary day again here in Casper. I need some sunshine. We are looking at possible ordering a narrow spiral stairway for the cabins loft. I want a small footprint.
