Staying AF so far! I'm not sure how many out of 100, but will figure it out3

Today was another great day...walked nearly a mile and a half this morning and .82 of a mile tonight. I'm over 11 miles in for Oct (intentional walking) and it's only the 5th...gonna be a great month!
Also did a dance or two today...and it was spazzy crazy at work today, but I got a lot accomplished. Tomorrow finishes out an amazing week! You guys all inspire me so much!

Well, today I did not have an alcohol free day, but it was 1 beer and a lovely stopover on my way to see my daughter and other wonderful people. Now I am at 98 of 100 days - but I do not feel that this has wrecked my progress. I am slowly learning how this substance is not necessary, and getting closer to zero all the time.3

Today was the only day this week that I didn't have time to walk before work. I was disappointed, but I really needed the extra sleep. Ended up working overtime and then had to go get groceries, come home and put those away...empty all the trash, do a little light cleaning in the kitchen and one bathroom. Work was very busy today as the boss and several colleagues were out, so it was non-stop, which is why I had to stay a little late. Came home and did a 30 minute strength workout with hand weights on my arms, shoulders and some core work. One shoulder is a little tender, so put the weights away when doing shoulder exercises. Also walked for 20 minutes.
Looking forward to my walk in the morning. I really walking first thing of the day...it helps me clear my head...I feel strong because of just waking up and it just sets the tone for my whole day...
You guys have been doing such great work on your individual goals...life happens and sometimes gets in our way, but we're working toward some great goals...and that's amazing! Thank you for inspiring me!!

Sounds like a busy day for you. Great job getting an arm workout done. Sometimes the body needs to sleep in. You are doing a super job. Be very proud of yourself.

Chocolate free yet again!
My hubby and my anniversary day today.
He was very good not buying any chocolate!

I had a good AF day today, and thoroughly enjoyed a delicious vegetarian Afghan meal. So good! So much! Home cooking, wonderful hosts, and I want the recipes.3 -
Managed 3x with the weights this week.
It was a good exercise week. 21 miles worth of steps so far and the week isn't over yet.3 -

Not exactly sure what day I'm on but I spent the last 5 days on a business trip with a 3 hour time difference so of course that was hard to stick to my no snacking before bed habit. But...I actually think I did ok, especially if I maintain my original time zone in my head. When I came back home I gave myself 1 day's grace as I was all over the place with jetlag, but I'm happy to say I've been back on the habit track for the past 2 evenings. No food past 8pm.

Hello everyone. I had a couple of days I just got tied up with grandkids and didn't exercise. There was no excuse for no happy dance other than pooped out. This week, everyone is adding to my workload. I kept giving in until my week is maxed out. It is a good reminder to make time for me first before allowing everyone to plan my days for me. Walked two miles before work this morning and did a little dancing as well. Tonight walked about .60 of a mile...good day overall considering how busy things were at the office. Hope all ya'll had a wonderful day!

Well, there were 2 days with small amounts of alcohol, but the rest since my last check-in have been AF. I'm visiting my daughter for the week, there were those 2 days with friends and 1 beer each day. No overindulgences and I'm feeling pretty good!
Total so far - 16 of the 19/100 days so far have been AF. Aiming for many more!2 -

17 of the 20 days out of a 100 alcohol free - today was a good one. My daughter and I marinated some strawberries to then put in a cake to give to a friend tomorrow. We then drained off the liquid and put it into seltzer as a lovely drink. Yum.
The first 20% of the 100 days is done! Everyone is doing great, even if not perfect. Keep on keeping on!1 -

17/20 is fantastic! That’s where I’m at with my chocolate as well. It was only during the first few days that I slipped up. Now I feel I’ve got this.
