Did a fitness test on my peloton yesterday where you go as hard as you can for 20 minutes. My internet connection failed 9:22 into the test. UGH! I lost 3 minutes and I was on track to have a better performance than last time.

You can make up extra steps when you’re feeling better and your assignments are in. It’s good to get up from the desk and move regularly to refresh your body and mind, but don’t worry about a particular number. “Yes” to grace, and “no” to guilt and unnecessary pressure. Hang in there!3 -

@PatriceFitnessPal -- Fire, Police and Rangers have been coming out since October 2021. Tonight I looked over the police were visiting them. Eh' it's west coast though and we're still trying to hit rock bottom. Chances are I'll get arrested for hurting their feelings. ;-P

Good morning Shape Shifters. I had a pretty nice Tuesday. Started with my walk. It is still way too warm for my liking, but thankfully that is going to change soon. My package with the new postcards arrived and they are all really nice. I wrote 3 postcards for Postcrossing. They are going to Germany, Czech Republic and Taiwan. I went out later in the day to post them and after I went to a different grocery store. I wanted to see if they had cheaper cat food there (they did), because the hedgehogs eat a lot and they didn't like the cheapest food at the store I usually go to. To my surprise I also found a vegan lasagna. Vegan meals you can toss in the oven or microwave basically do not exist here, so I hope it is tasty. I will try it out tonight. One other thing I found and couldn't resist buying was a glow in the dark childrensrug with dinosaurs on it. I mean, what is the point of being an adult if you don't allow yourself to buy things that make you happy, right? It was just too cute. Happy Wednesday everyone

I'm happy with the loss, as small as it is. It's been an emotional rollercoaster type of week. I have appointments for both my boys with a neurologist since they are still not walking at 2 years old. One is later today, one is on Friday. It's stressful to say the least. I haven't been consistent with working out, since I've been super tired lately, possibly from the stress.4 -

Had a good day yesterday except there is a wet area in our yard where my wildflowers grow in the summer. Probably the painters broke the sprinkler system when they brought in heavy equipment to paint the top stories of the house. I was mad that they destroyed my flowers, but now this explains why my water bill quadrupled last month. This is going to be a project to fix as it will start to snow soon. First we have to identify the problem.
On the upside, I was inspired by everyone doing things around the house and I worked on re-organizing my closet. I found a scarf I’d been looking for a year and a pair of earrings in a purse pocket that I’d been looking for for several years! So happy. Both were sentimental.
