This weeks nsv .... half way up this mountain is a tunnel to the otherside (marked with a star). I walked all the way up to the tunnel without stopping! This from the woman who 2 years and 90lb ago couldn't walk 1/4 mile 🙂🙂🙂
Omg!!!! That is huge!!!! I can't wait to start having these kind of adventures. Well done and thank you for giving me more fuel!!
Amazingly i have no knee pain at all now! I read that if you keep going through the initial pain your joints etc get stronger and it's so true. You're doing an amazing job .. keep going and you'll reach the top of the mountain!!3 -

Fantastic. You have to be so proud of the improvement in your physical fitness. I know I am proud of you. It is beautiful there. Where are you this week?
I missed this earlier as we must of posted at the same time.
Thank you. And congrats on your own nsa, managing the pool steps! I could always lift myself onto the steps but used to worry i wouldn't fit between the 2 bars🤣🤣🤣
The photo is Calpe in Spain. Been here 10 days, enough time to explore the whole area and I've loved it. Moving on today, an overnight stop at the longest underground cave system in Spain, then onto Peniscola - its been on my bucket list since i was about 15 ... they filmed El Cid there a really old film, but i saw the beach and castle and new i wanted to go!1 -

My main goals for November won't be changing -(lose 4 pounds, strength train 3 days, stretch or tai chi one day, 17K steps daily). But will add the following:- Make it through the Thanksgiving holiday with just a small hiccup - then get right back on track.
- Up my morning walk to 5 miles (I am adding a half mile every month - hoping to do a 10K on Jan 1).
- Reach my 2,023 fitbit miles in 2023 in November
- Progress to week 5 of couch to 5k (am doing two rounds of each week before I proceed to the next week, currently on my second round of week 3)
- Move from the "obese" category to "overweight"

Welcome to our team @ChickieBoom22, @charutandon444 and @theresab88! You will love it here.
@Slimmersixties Supper job! That is beautiful. Thanks for the comment about no more knee pain. I know this but must relearn it when I stop strength training. Thanks for the reminder.
I am back from vacation. I had a wonderful time and now I am ready to finish the month out strong. I think I gained a pound. lol. We ate at local restaurants and the food was so good and fresh.
@lindamtuck2018 asked what will we change in November. I know I want to step it up some. I will have to think about it and post my goals. Thanks for getting us thinking about it.1 -

I was just discussing this with the pain specialist on Tuesday. He said you can’t stop right away when you feel pain. He said to go a bit longer then stop.Vacation Notice

I am over the moon honestly. I've worked so hard on my food and been a little more active where I can. I'm going into week three of my food plan and I'd LOVE to be in the next decade by next week If possible!
With over a 20lb weight loss I'm so stoked for my pedicure with my mom on saturday!!
My last shift at work before my 3 month "physical and mental health leave" is Wednesday and I honestly can't wait. I can work on myself and come back healthier and more well... that's my aim! I won't be at my target weight, but another 50lb down or so would be wonderful!
Have a great day all!!

I probably won’t be online tomorrow as I am going to a show and we are driving down early. I will be back on Saturday. The new medication changes are kicking my butt. The nausea is keeping me from eating much. I hope things subside by tomorrow so I can enjoy myself.
I will post my weight when I get back on Saturday.
Have a great Thursday!

I wasn't too optimistic this week as I felt like I was a little less active.. but the world is crazy lol. My lucky number is 4 and when I saw the scale had me at 4.4 lbs lighter I was more than thrilled.

I woke up stupidly early so I thought I would check in. I was holding onto a lot of water weight most of the week so I was glad to shed it. I have 4.2 pounds to my goal weight. Off to wake up and get ready.
Have a great Friday!
