Missed my exercise goal this week but I am not going to be hard on myself. Even though I wasn’t feeling great most of the week I closed my rings so I did get exercise minute’s every day. Lots of steps yesterday. I am paying for it today. I will do my physio exercises which includes stretches. So todays goals : close rings, meet step goal and do my physio exercises.

I was really surprised when I saw my steps for yesterday. I felt like I sat most of the day. I did make sure I closed my exercise ring but I have been doing that all month. Maybe I should sit more often. 😂
