    @SparkSpringtime69 - Yes - WATER + Fiber = GOOD THINGS HAPPEN.
    That was the first thing I had my mom do after surgery. I gave her a goal of drinking her 1 glass of water (32oz) each day. So, she has a water goal - and it is keeping her 'regular'. Before I left to go back home she said, I really am glad that I am drinking water instead of grabbing soda. SO, I hope she keeps it up.

    @SherryRueter your comment that I know I haven't eaten 7000 extra calories in one fay to gain the 2 lbs made me laugh out loud!
    Lost 1.7 of the 2 so I'm on my way back down. Taking longer than I wanted, but I'm not the most patient person. I think I use up all of my patience with the teenagers at work so I don't have any left for myself at the end of the day. :p

    I hope I see everyone from here in the February thread too!
