@trooworld Yes , please share the recipe! And I do have farro. I love it!1

@19shmoo69 I must be honest I am kicking my husband out of his current cave to make a bigger pantry. It’s prime real estate and he’s gotta go. So he’s moving upstairs. 😂
@trooworld glad you’re feeling better. That’s a long commute. I spend a couple hours in the car daily doing school pick up and it’s the only thing I look forward to her graduation in few years. Otherwise, I’d like to keep her little. 😉
@Katmary71 how are you feeling now? I hope the clinic helped you recover from being overstimulated.
Congratulations to everyone who had a loss this week and those still hanging in here. 🎉
——
Thanks for all the birthday greetings. It was a chill day of just putting about, which is just where I’d like to be.
I’m still struggling to ditch the carbs. I start my day good and when I get busy, here comes a sandwich. So I have a bowl of veggies cut up now to fill in those snacky moments. I also got some apples for the sweet tooth moments. These would help my no zeros. Ive been getting 7-10k of steps daily. Yesterday was low due to being invited to a friends. Otherwise, things are just about the daily grind.
Gave a great day!

@trooworld I'm curious for your recipe too!
@AmbersWay Those are great no zereos planning with the healthy snacks.
Just got home from my Mom's birthday and am headed to bed, probably going to spend most of tomorrow in bed resting as I'm feeling pretty bad. We got a lot of donations this morning and Mom had a good birthday so I'm glad for those things. I cancelled dinner with my neighbor tomorrow to rest, I'm still hoping I can go out-of-town next weekend for my uncle's birthday but realistically know I probably won't be able to handle the drive unless I get steroids in the next couple days.5 -
@Katmary71 - sorry you are feeling so poorly.2

Good morning Slim peeps,
We got back Friday from our camping trip and I have been busy getting everything done around the house. We went to our sons yesterday for our youngest grandsons birthday, he turned 12. @AmbersWay 🥳Happy Birthday!🎉 I hope it was a great day
@Katmary71 🥳Happy Birthday🎉 to your Mom!
I have to make this short, I have a lot on my plate today. here are a few pics from our camping trip.

@vegan4lyfe2012 - Nice loss! Welcome to Onederland!
@laurelfit57 - Congrats on a great loss!
Hi! I feel like I screwed up last night. Thursday, I pulled some perch out of the freezer to have for dinner on Friday. I didn't get to make it Friday because we ended up eating out. So Saturday, I made the sides and then took the perch out to cook up and it smelled very fishy. I was concerned it went bad and didn't eat it. We only ate the sides. I was going to be under calories, so, I splurged on some Girl Scout cookies, with my husband, to reach my goal. Later, my husband was still hungry and bought some KFC. So I ate a couple chicken strips and 1/2 his fries. This brought me over. It wasn't that bad because I only ate the calories I burned back. It just felt like I had loss control a little. Then, this morning, I mixed up our cups and made his with my zero sugar creamer, protein powder and his, sweet n low. Mine had his creamer. So, He got double cups and I made a fresh cup for me with my protein powder and zero sugar hazelnut creamer. I only recently starting using the creamer when I noticed it was zero sugar. I had a late start because of the time change, so I didn't get my workout in yet. We'll be going down to our other property today, so I'll be busy working and walking, maybe I'll just burn some calories unintentionally today.💪 Mission Slimpossible Strong!💪7 -

Most of you are down on your weigh-ins this week too, almost time to rock those summer clothes so keep it up!
Go Mission Slimpossibles in 3rd Place this last week! Incredible job @Jactop @littlebabekitty @askewcr our pack leaders!
@txcritter69 Thank you! Happy birthday to your youngest grandson! I love your camping photos, thanks for sharing them! It looks like a great place to hike. Diesel looks super happy!
@vegan4lyfe2012 I don’t usually comment on weights but congratulations on Onederland!
@Veta2018 It doesn’t sound like you did that bad to me, just keep moving forward you got this!
@micaroo4 Haha we must’ve been abnormally quiet until we were bookmarked again.
@trooworld I’m curious on your soup too, I wonder if the Trader Joe’s 10 minute farro would work in it? I made farro when my neighbor came over the other week and forgot how good it is. I love the chewiness of it and barley. My aunt makes this great Persian salad with quartered snap peas I want to try making but she didn't have a recipe.
@TeresaW2024 Fingers crossed the lighter weights work without setting your wrist back. I’m not sure on my nervous system, I’m resting today and if I’m not doing better by my pain clinic appointment later this week I’ll ask for steroids. I’m upset at this flare as it’s how I was feeling to say yes to surgery. Not sure if it’s spinal or CRPS but probably both. The increase in pain from the unit mistake didn't kick in for a few hours so I've been on my own. What all do you do in Barre Blend?
@AustinRuadhain Have a great time with your son!
All caught up! I try to come on often on the weekends to get all the weigh-ins in the spreadsheet so it’s ready to go for results. Not planning on a workout today just going to take it easy. I need one of @Teresa2024 puzzles! I should get homework done but maybe later, I’m going to make a carafe of tea and lay in bed reading for awhile. Have a great Sunday night! I’ll probably come on later to say hi. We went out for Chinese food last night and had pie and ice cream so I’m going to eat lighter today.

Our wonderful Micaroo4 is our next member spotlight, hope you all enjoy this!
I asked her to include a photo that meant something to her or represented reaching her goals and she sent me this one:
What made you decide to improve your health and join MFP?
My big “Why” was that I didn’t want to die of something that was my own fault.
My health was still good, but I was obese. I didn’t start out on MFP; I’m not sure
when MFP became available. I started out on eDiets in 2001. It was like finding my
tribe. People who were walking the same path as me, trying to lose weight and get
or stay healthy. My starting weight was 220. After 25 months of hard work, I
reached my goal weight of 130. I have gained and lost quite a few times, usually
because I got overconfident and left the tribe. eDiets made changes to their
website and pricing in 2007, so I left eDiets (with my core group) and joined
SparkPeople. I joined MFP in 2021, because SparkPeople was ending. A lot of my
SparkPeople friends are here as well.
What makes improving your health worth doing?
I feel better. Free. It was like taking off a fat overcoat and stepping out into the
sunshine. I have to monitor myself closely and stay On Plan, but I always
remember that I feel best in my right sized body.
What have you tried in the past that hasn't worked?
Fasting. That actually works great but it’s not sustainable. Weight Watchers. That
felt very restrictive, and I would leave the meetings ravenously hungry rather than
motivated! I also tried exercising it off - doing hours of cardio. That also works, but
it’s not sustainable.
What have you tried that has worked? I eat a balanced diet, with healthy carbs,
lots of fruits and vegetables, relatively low fat, and lean protein. I exercise every
day: walking, bicycling, and strength training. I log my food every day. I can’t
stress the importance of that enough. Write it before you bite it. Even if I’m not
100% accurate with my food log, at least I’ve got data. With information, I can
identify bad habits and make changes.
What form of exercise do you enjoy? Bicycling outdoors. When I was 220, I
didn’t ride the bike at all. As I started losing weight, I realized that I could ride
again. It was amazing, to feel fit and free again. There’s nothing quite like
bicycling. I commute to/from work on the bicycle in good weather. But, alas, I
can’t bicycle every day of the year, not here in New Hampshire. So my other
favorite exercise is walking.
What goals did you achieve this past year? My goal for 2023 was to “walk the
year” in miles. That works out to a little over 5.5 miles a day average. I actually
made my goal in the first week of December. And I also maintained my weight all
year within my goal range of 127-133. That is a really big achievement, even if it
feels like there’s no progress.
Are there things you didn't do before that you're able to do now? Riding the
bicycle; that was the big one.
What is something non-weight related you have done or learned that you may
not have if you hadn't started improving your health? I started birding. I think it
was because I was doing so much walking outdoors, I just started noticing birds. I
got books so that I could identify them. I got binoculars to see them more clearly.
Then I started looking for local preserves and sanctuaries where I might see even
more birds. It’s been fun.
What are your favorite health and fitness blogs, books, or magazines that you
have read/do read? I pick up tips and tricks here and there, but I don’t really have
favorites.
What is your favorite healthy food? Blueberries!
How do you manage to alter your eating pattern? The most important thing
that I learned was that I had to make peace with fruits and vegetables. I always
think add, not subtract. How can I add more vegetables to each meal. If I can’t
add vegetables, can I add fruit. Use raw vegetables as a snack. If I’m still hungry
after I’ve finished a meal, I can add another serving of a cooked vegetable. If I
want dessert, have fruit.
Is your family understanding about your health goals? My family right now is
just Rich. He’s got some blood sugar issues, so he really should be following my
lead for food choices. When we are eating together, I can usually steer him in the
right direction. But occasionally, I let him choose the food - knowing that I’ll do
what I need to do to make up for a splurge.
What is your goal for this next year? My 2024 goal is to get out of my comfort
zone and put more adventure in my life. I don’t work on Tuesdays, so I try to plan
an adventure for every Tuesday. I wrote a bunch of indoor and outdoor adventures
on bits of paper, and I put them in jars. I also wrote a bunch of chores. I draw one
from each jar every week. If the weather is appropriate, I do the outdoor
adventure, otherwise it’s the indoor adventure. If I’m not willing to do the
adventure, then I have to do the chore.
What is your best piece of advice for those just starting their journey? After
years of failing at weight loss, my personal key to success was because I decided
to treat weight loss like it was my job. I had success in every other area of my life,
so why not weight loss? I realized that my successes were because I would always
find a way; do whatever it takes to get the job done. I took that work ethic and
applied it to my weight loss journey, and that is what turned things around for me.
Also, it was finding people who were going through the same challenges. Having
friends to share the struggle and cheer the successes. Finding the online
community is what keeps me focused and accountable.
What is your best piece of advice for maintenance you would offer those
currently losing? If you think it’s going to be different once you get to
maintenance, it’s not. It’s more of the same. Every step of the way, make sure
that every change you make is sustainable. You’re in it for life.
Thank you for doing this @Micaroo4 you're very inspiring!

TeresaW2024 I know I have sure struggled with getting back on track for a long time! It can just be such a challenge to get your head wrapped around it. It can be so frustrating when you want to do a workout and you're not quite there yet. Hopefully Dig Deeper will go well for you this week.
Katmary71 Definitely have more energy and I'm getting more focussed :-). How is your back doing? Hopefully your flareup has calmed down. Is there a new season of love is blind out? That show is crazy! Doing a long road trip is definitely hard on the body! Sounds like you had a wonderful Sunday planned!
@txcritter69 your camping trip looks like it was amazing! What a beautiful dog you have! At first I thought he was a black German Shepherd, looks like he has some dappling on him though
@AmbersWay carbs are always my downfall when I am either tired or stressed, I feel your pain. Wow good for you for getting those steps in!!
@Veta2018 all last week I was using calories that I earned as well, my main goal was just to figure out how to be tracking again. I think it's OK to do that once in a while :-).
@jactop @littlebabekity and @askew yeah you for making it onto the leaderboard!
Hi all, as usual I had intentions of getting on here and posting on the weekend, it just seemed to get away on me… But I guess this is technically still the weekend :-).
The weather is just gorgeous here, spent a lot of time outside with the dogs. I am finally getting back on track with my tracking, I am not using the extra exercise calories anymore this week. I have never had a challenge like this tracking but I think I'm good now :-). It doesn't mean I'm always right on track L O L, just that I'm writing it down😊. Hope everyone had a great weekend5 -

Still Need the following for today: @Megnolia82 @DebJB30
Tomorrow Weigh-In Reminder for the following: @AmbersWay @AustinRuadhain @Jactop
@littlebabekitty Oh no hope you’re feeling better very soon.
@laurelfit57 That’s great news on having more energy and focus! I’m still flared up, I’ve been resting all day and it seems to be helping thank goodness. I’ve only seen one episode of Love is Blind, that’s @TeresaW2024 ‘s comment and I only watched the one because of her excitement about it! I’ll have to give it another try. I’m glad you had the chance to enjoy the weather and start tracking again, watch out here you come!
Hi team. I was going to go to bed early then I spilled cranberry juice In bed on my white flannel snowflake sheets so I had to get laundry started and try to get the red out of the mattress. The mattress is drying right now and sheets are in the washing machine. I got no homework done today, think I’m giving up on my uncle’s birthday party at this point though it would be nice to see everyone. I guess my “no zero” is getting in resting time, food wasn’t bad but had more than I planned. I have PT in the morning or I’d take another rest day, it’s with the assistant I don’t really care for (she’s nice just not very motivated to answer questions or push me at all). Have a great day tomorrow.

Oops @Micaroo4 Sent me another email with photos I just discovered and it's too late to add it to the profile, I still want to share as they're great photos of her.
"A couple of photos that represent my health journey. The picture in the yellow jacket with me squinting into the bright sunlight was taken on a fantastic bike ride at Schoodic Point in Acadia National Park. The picture of me in the red jersey is also at Acadia, on a hike. I'm not the most fashionable person; none of my clothes are figure-flattering. I wear cargo pants every day."

Had a good week with a 4km hike on Sunday, then about 8km on both Monday and Wednesday on an indoor track. Then another 4km today at another conservation area. It was frigid today!
Just have to get my food on track and I hope to see a woosh next week! I feel good getting more exercise and finally getting my body moving!4 -
@micaroo4 Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us! I love the graphic! If you hog it log it is my favorite. You gave me such great advice and while I hate tracking what I eat, I can see the need for it and vow to start today. I also need to get in more fruits and veggies and have added some to my weekly grocery list. I used to say that I had to treat weight loss as a job, and when I did that, I lost a lot of weight. I need to get back to work!
@laurelfit57 I think you are right that the biggest challenge is getting my head back in the game. I’m working on it! Enjoy the beautiful weather.
@Katmary 71: Ugh, spilling juice in your bed. I’m sure you had some choice words when that happened. Love it Blind is only good if you are into really bad reality TV, which I am. I also started watching Deal or No Deal Island. That is good, too!
Good morning! This time change thing is kicking my butt. Anyone else? I have a busy day with errands, grocery shopping, and taking Joe to get some blood work done at his urologist. I will not be going back to Dig Deeper right now. My wrist can’t do it. Tomorrow, I plan to try a dance program, and I will start doing bodyweight exercises. I’m super motivated to get back on track, and reading Micaroo4's story was what I needed. Have a great day! 🙂

O am going to work really gard this week, and hope to change that second digit soon!4 -
@TeresaW2024: Yes to the time change disorientation! It's always odd.
@Katmary71 - The juice spill sounds maddening. You acted fast, so hopefully the white snowflake sheets will be fine. I hope the rest is helping and that you are starting to feel a bit better.
@laurelfit57 - Hurray to the writing everything down!
@littlebabekitty - I am so sorry you were sick. I hope you are feeling full strength soon!
@txcritter69 - I loved the camping pictures!4 -
This weekend was busy, and I did not track my food at all. Not because I didn’t have time, more because I was definitely waaaay off track with my food, even binging, which I thought I could just not do, but it’s never that simple. I am hoping that today I can go get the food that I need to properly prepare for my week.
Great job on the leaderboards this week team!
@Katmary71 Wow, you have a busy schedule! Glad you know when to adjust and make time for yourself.
@TeresaW2024 I love doing jigsaw puzzles. I’m currently working on a toughy that my daughter got me for Christmas it’s gerber daisies and they’re in shades of orange and yellow. Flower puzzles are hard.
@Micaroo4 I really liked your “best piece of advice starting” I never thought of it like that, and I’ve had success losing weight previously, I just didn’t sustain it, I hope I can take a minute and reframe my brain to that mentality to make it stick this time.
@txcritter69 Thanks for sharing some lovely trip pics!

@TeresaW2024 When we actually have a session, it's great. I am learning a lot. BUT my tutor has had to reschedule 4 times: 3 times because of internet problems (there have been storms where she lives in Mexico) and one time because she got her schedules mixed up. She's very good but if she keeps having reliability problems, I'll switch to another tutor. For perspective, I have 2 lessons a week and my first one was on Feb 17th. I have another session scheduled for today, it is with a different tutor and is a one-and-done class: a class on a topic I'm struggling with. It is a group class, so it should be interesting. I practice during the week a little bit with people at work. My husband is trying to learn Spanish in his own way: through watching Seinfeld in Spanish and watching YouTube videos. While I think that is a great supplement to your studies, I don't think he's going to learn grammar that way. :P I always enjoyed lifting weights, it made me feel strong! I hope you enjoyed your puzzle and TV time! I HATE the time change lol. I'm sorry about your wrist.
@Digger61 @vrafer @buniphuphu @vegan4lyfe2012 @laurelfit57 Congrats on the losses!
@AmbersWay Yeah I hate the commute. I'm glad you had a good birthday. That's a good idea to cut up veggies, I need to do that.
@Katmary71 I'm so sorry you are feeling bad and that you have to cancel things. I'll post the soup below. I bet that TJ's farro would work but you would want to add it in the last 10 or so minutes. I love the chewiness of it as well! Interesting sounding salad. Oh bummer about the mattress! HUGS.
@txcritter69 I'm glad you had a good time. Great pics! Diesel looks happy. Congrats on the loss!
@Veta2018 Congrats on the loss! I hate when days like that happen to me. It does every once in a while.
@Micaroo4 and @Katmary71, thanks for the member spotlight! I enjoyed learning more about you and your success, Mica! Very inspiring and insightful.
Congrats to the whole team for achieving 3rd place by both percentage and pounds! A special shout-out to @Jactop @littlebabekitty and @askewcr for rocking it enough to get on the leaderboard. Way to go!
Hi all. I couldn't get on this site yesterday, it kept timing out. I didn't track all weekend due to laziness and difficulty. I had a great weekend and did a lot of fun things including going out to eat on Saturday for breakfast and for dinner for Restaurant Week (many restaurants in San Diego participate and offer a 3-course meal for inexpensive prices). Yesterday, went out for coffee and went to a modern art museum on the ocean. I took today off and am going to do a little container gardening (I'm planting tomatoes, baby beets, and baby lettuce). Have a great day!
Picture is looking out one of the art museum's windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

@vegan4lyfe2012 @Katmary71 Here's the soup recipe. It's from the NY Times and behind a paywall so I am posting it in its entirety. I added parmesan and used stock instead of water for more flavor. I also added fresh basil, which I think it really needs.
Tuscan Farro Soup
Makes 4 servings (maybe more?) Total time: 1 hour 30 mins
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion sliced
2 celery stalks trimmed and chopped
2 carrots peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup farro spelt or barley
1 cup dried white beans soaked for several hours or overnight
2 cups chopped tomatoes (canned are fine; do not drain)
6 cups stock or water, more as necessary
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh basil optional
Freshly grated Parmesan
Put oil in a large, deep saucepan over medium heat; a minute later add onion, celery, carrots, a large pinch of salt and some pepper. Cook until vegetables are glossy and onion is softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Add garlic, and stir; add farro, beans, tomatoes and stock, and stir.
Bring to a boil, then adjust heat so mixture simmers steadily. Cook until farro and beans are tender, at least an hour, adding stock or water as necessary if mixture becomes too thick. Stir in parsley and basil (if using), then cook another 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve with lots of Parmesan.5 -
Congratulation @Jactop @littlebabekitty and @askewcr for being our top losers!
@Micaroo4 - Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring experience with us. You look great! I'm close to reaching maintenance. I've created some good habits that I can continue for the rest of my life. It will be nice to eat a little more food though. Did you gradually increase your calories to maintenance calories or just go straight to your new calorie allowance? I do a lot of exercise now. I want to cut back after I hit maintenance. I plan to reduce my cardio but will continue to do a lot of strength training to build muscle, tone, and shape. Is there anything I should know about the transition besides a calorie increase? Oh...And do you put the adventure and chores that you don't choose to do back in the jar? I think it's such a great idea and I am considering stealing it from you...hehehe.
@littlebabekitty - Hold in there. I hope you get over the stomach virus soon.
@Katmary71 - I’m sorry that you're still flared up. It's good that your making sure you get rest though. It will definitely help when you start the steroids.
@laurelfit57 - Thank you for the encouragement. I sometimes have a hard time excepting that I will have a setback once in awhile.
@TeresaW2024 - I'd like to learn some dance routines. I think it would be a fun way to stay active. I listen to music almost all day. It keeps me to moving around the house and dancing more. Except, my current dance moves aren't impressive. Sometimes, I probably look like I'm having a seizure...hehehe.
@AustinRuadhain - Nice loss! You're doing great! Keep up the great effort.
@ninyagwa - Stay strong! I hope your able to make a plan to help you reach your goal.
@trooworld - Thank you for the encouraging words. Sounds like you had a great weekend. You can get back to tracking today. I hope you enjoy your day off doing a little gardening. I bought my soil and seeds and I'm ready to start soon too. Thanks for sharing the beautiful picture of the ocean view.
My sister has been my tax preparer for the past few years. Last year, she put my taxes off till last minute and did all her other clients first. This year, I decided to do my taxes myself. They were rejected, so now I need to fix the error and resubmit them. My error was incorrect AGI or pin from last years taxes. I don't have this information because I never received a copy of my last years taxes and my sister still hasn't responded to my attempts to get this information from her. Ugh...we could really use the refund. we spent too much on unexpected expenses recently.
On a positive note, I went to another resale shop this weekend. I had to try on everything because I'm really not sure what size I wear yet. I tried on a pair of jeans size 7. I still can't believe they fit. I haven't wore a size 7 since before I had my children, when I was 20 years old. That means I went from a size 14 to size 7. I'll have to try on a few more pair before I believe it. I don't have any full length mirrors in my house so I was shocked to see how I looked. When I look down I till see a saggy pooch.💪 Mission Slimpossible Strong!💪3 -
Congrats to @Jactop @littlebabekitty and @askewcr great job on the leaderboard!
@vegan4lyfe2012 Congrats on Onelander!
@laurelfit57 Great job on the weight loss! That is good that you are getting better with not using the extra exercise calories. Thank you, I think the same thing about Diesel looking like a German Shepherd but his is a full blooded blue heeler.
@Veta2018 WTG with the weight loss! It's ok to have a cheat day. Stay strong and get back in the game.
@Katmary71 Thanks! Diesel did really well when we were out thinking but I really have to work with him on socializing him. With him being a covid pup and then John having cancer and having to take care of him, Diesel did not get the socializing that he needed as a pup. So, this is what I will be working on with him this yr. I am so sorry about the mishap with your bedding. I really hope you get to feeling better with your back.
@micaroo4 Thank you for your story. Love the pics. I found it to be very inspiring and the advice you give is insightful. I will be taking it to heart. I have been doing a lot of soul searching lately. This is my yr.
@littlebabekitty I hope you get to feeling better.
I see the time change is affecting some of y'all as well. I do love the fact though that we get more time into the evening. I am not into the the winter darkness. I always feel more alive during this time of yr.
I am taking it a little easy today. Just finishing up laundry and getting this week's meal plan shopping list ordered. I had such a busy day yesterday getting the camper cleaned, doing laundry, playing with Diesel and ripping out the mini garden I built last yr. This yr I decided to just do cherry tomatoes and herbs. I already have our next camping trip planned for the first week of May. These next 2 months I will focus on getting my house decluttered and spring cleaning. I am off for now, I hope everyone has a great day.
"Today, I Choose To Be HAPPY!"
GO OUT AND BE AMAZING!

Did you gradually increase your calories to maintenance calories or just go straight to your new calorie allowance?
I added calories gradually. When I reduce my exercise, which I do every winter, simply because I'm not riding the bicycle to/from work, then I also have to reduce my calories. And it's HARD. If you're planning to reduce your cardio, then I recommend that you make that change before your adjust your food intake.
Is there anything I should know about the transition besides a calorie increase? All the excitement of losing weight is gone. Weight loss doesn't sound very exciting, but stepping on the scale and seeing a loss - that's a pretty awesome reward. When you go to maintenance, there's no reward on the scale. I needed other rewards. I set goals. Like my "Walk The Year" goal. I also set a bicycling goal for each year. I set goals for "streaks" of strength training workouts. This year, it's my Adventure Every Week goal. And I still step on the scale every day. I'm monitoring trends. Weight does fluctuate from day to day, and I feel that if I only weigh myself once a week, I might miss a trend. If I'm gaining, I want to spot that right away.
Oh...And do you put the adventure and chores that you don't choose to do back in the jar? Yes - I draw one from each jar each week, and the ones not done go back in their respective jars for another date. And I can't always do an adventure; this week I have appointments scheduled, so I'll do the chore. Ask your friends for ideas on adventures; it's fun to see what other people will suggest. Make sure your adventures are adventurous enough - you want that "Ta Da" feeling when you finish it!

Mica, thank you for sharing your inspiring story!
Team leaders- thank you for capturing the inspiring story!
Vegas was fun. Barry Manilow was great! I didn't realize how much an actual vacation would refresh me. I really enjoyed catching up with my cousin. Wore my Manilow T shirt and listened to music today while working to keep the vacation vibe going a little longer.
Now to get Gus ready to be with a sitter so I can vacay with my husband!
Ready to get back at it!
