Been staying at the in-laws this week, it was hard not to put on weight when all they want to do is feed you and top up your wine glass! It would be great to see the 180s this week or next.2 -
Steps challenge
Total 72923
Sorry, my watch seems to be a bit unreliable, I have definitely lost 12000 steps today ☹️, Sunday so for next week's challenge (the 2.5h walk activity shows but the steps are not there anymore) my total steps for Saturday seems a bit low so it might have happened there too but I couldn't confirm1 -

Hey Weight No More family!
5k was yesterday! I finished it! 🙌🏻👏🏻🏅
Thank you to everybody here for your words of encouragement along the way!
I was sick most of last week and was in no condition to be able to exercise or get any running in to finish my training, but I was still able to show up, run some, walk a lot and FINISH!
I’m considering doing another one mid May as like a redo when I will hopefully be at 100% to see how I fare with some more training. But definitely plan on doing one in June and September with my friend who ran this one with me, regardless of if I do one in May or not.
I may have caught a running bug because the pride I felt running past the finish line like I can’t believe I actually decided to do this, stick to it and finish was such a great feeling I’m itching to do it again 😂

Oh my goodness, you did incredible, especially for being sick! What do you think you'll change for next race, if there's anything you can do about it?

I've been tracking all my calories which is a win. But oof, the weekend is hard to get through and stay on track... I'd love any tips or tricks you all use!
@BodyTalking I love the photos of all the lovely flowers you're sharing!3 -

Well done 👏😃 @andja87
That's a pretty good bug to catch!0 -
I came across this no-sugar meal plan and thought I'd share with you. I'm not one for diets or omitting certain food but this one is about no added sugar rather than no carbohydrates, which I think is workable. I haven't gone through all the meal suggestions and recipes but it looks like it could be a helpful guide to conscious healthier eating.

Ooh, I'm definitely going to steal some meal-inspiration from this. I've been stuck in a rut lately with the foods I eat, could use some novelty. Thanks for sharing!2 -
Alright folks, we've reached the middle of the week. Did we start out strong? What, if anything, needs to change to make this week a success?
If you need some ideas:- Take an extra walk this week
- Park a little further away in the parking lot
- Use the stairs instead of the elevator
- Drink more water
- Eat more satiating snacks
- Get up from your desk more frequently
- Stretch right after waking up/before bed
- Stop eating when you feel nearly-full, not when your plate is empty

This is a great idea - to post something like this once a week!

Just a little reminder for those of you on the step team, if you have not posted last week's steps, please do so now.0

Another week of watching what I eat and small portions. Last weekend I spent 6+ hours a day outside doing yard work, washing / waxing the camper, pressure washing, etc. Lots of outdoor chores to get done while the weather is nice. Go Team!5 -
