    Alllmmooosssst back at my lowest weight recorded. Finally working off the last of my March madness lol
    I don’t expect the numbers to drop this big after this week but hoping to keep losing 🤞🏻
    Finally going to warm up by me and be in the 80s! 😱so now I can complain it’s too hot hahahahah

    Hey Folks! We're missing quite a few weigh-ins this week, please let me know if you need to be excused from your update. Posting your weight after Sunday morning counts as a late weigh-in, and not posting it at all counts towards your two strikes that would lead to being removed from the team.

    Can the following give me some info?
    @cassiegetsfit2013 - I know you needed to be excused last week, hope everything is okay!

    I think the up is Chinese bloat--I think I've noticed that trend. Steps have been a bit weird. I started a new job on Monday and once things get going, I'm pretty sure I will be walking more. Right now, I am doing a lot of training, so we will see what happens.

    Weight is slowly coming off, but better than going on I suppose! My goal weight is about 135 /137 I reckon so I don’t have too much more to lose so know it’ll be slower. Got to keep plodding on…

    Really pleased with those! A record for me on Wednesday- a night out with lots of dancing! The 5000 day is because my watch wouldn’t charge in the morning so I had to work without it. Annoying as I definitely hit my 10k target that day too! Never mind, overall a good week!

    For next month, do you think it would be a good idea to have an informal stepping partner within this group? Or, is it too messy?

    @BodyTalking - We absolutely could have informal partnerships in here. Is there a particular way you'd like to see that done? Like pitting two people with very similar step-counts into a frenemy kind of situtation? Or setting a step goal that the two of you, combined, need to reach? Or...? Let me know your thoughts.

    Yes, the frenemy idea sounds good.

    Sorry for the gain this month 😔
    There's something different going on here than usual and I need to work out what it is.

    My doctor stopped my rheumatoid arthritis medication - after about 23 years, so I wonder if that has had an impact. I don't know why it would though. Because of this, I've been more strict on myself at doing exercises to, hopefully, protect my knees.

    I was working online from home all day on Friday and only went for a 30 minute walk afterwards and did some exercises. Yesterday, I just took the day off from doing anything.
