Hi, I'm new to fitnesspal and know that the only way I will be successful is if I have friends to keep me accountable . Because of some health issues I have, my doctors have suggested a wholefoods/clean eating diet to reduce inflammation. Hope this group can help me and that I can be an encouragement to all of you.

    There are a lot of foods that help fight inflammation such as ginger, tumeric (with black pepper), green tea. I wish my doctor would recommend a diet. I have had to decide this on my own.

    Yes, accountability is huge, I really need that too, years ago I successfully dropped 25 pounds as there was a weekly check in, it works for me
