tinkerbell???? Where are you??? where is EVERYBODY?
Got a little over my "skis" and did a long distance record for me Metric Century Cycling Event. https://www.strava.com/activities/12702891303 100km = 65.1 miles...... 20 knot headwinds really kicked the energy out of me..... but I finished. 2,700 calories or something.....
Old Garmin S1 scale finally crapped out so I have a new S2 Garmin scale. Jumped on for the first time in a few weeks......

Sorry, I am really struggling to motivate myself onto the app at the moment with the loss of the Newsfeed, as I no longer use the logging, it's only really the group keeping me here, I have been dropping in now and again to post the week's and keep an eye but also have been very busy with decorating the house. I will try and make an effort to check in at least once per week and post my weigh ins as they happen rather than retrospectively.1 -

1.8lbs is not a huge gain, and is not outside the remits of normal fluctuations, weight loss is not linear and your weight will go up and down over the course of a calorie-restricted diet even if you "do if everything right" it's the long term trend that's important not the day-to-day, week-vs-week. So please do be kind to yourself. Weight gain isn't fat gain, just as weight loss isn't all fat loss. Your body is composed of more than just fat.
