Just joined DDP Yoga - Love It!

I joined DDPY on 11/17/2024. Barely able to walk due to extreme obesity and often in a wheelchair. I started in the Bed Flex I the first week. I did it when I woke up the first 3 days. Days 4-7 I started doing it before work, during my lunch break (work from home) and before bed. Amazingly, First week in 10 years that I am nearly pain free. Second week I started Bed Flex II. Day one I did it before work. Day 2 -7 I did BF-II morning and lunchtime and then BF-I before bed. Now in third week and it's BF-III in the morning, BF-II during lunch and BF-I at bedtime. Next week will be the same. But the following week I'm supposed to graduate to the chair. I'm down 9.4 lbs.

    I need to get back into doing DDPY. I've done the "beginner" sessions in the past, but I'm getting old so it wears me out, lol. Oh well, gotta get back to it.
