Did a 20 minute strength training workout
Danced crazy with my kids

tomorrow i will cook, stretch, wash dishes, sweep and do workout videos. (i am wishful thinking but wish big right?)
- helped my aunt move a bed ridden woman
- went grocery shopping
- got decimated by putting up the groceries.
