NEW Member, Really Need Some Motivation

Hi, I am Brandy and I am new to this group. I have, like most people, made some New YEARS RESOLUTIONS and on the top of my list is to lose weight, or reach my goal weight of 145 lbs by the end of 2025. I know I can make that happen, but 80 lbs sounds like so much. I've been on a good start so far by keeping track of my calories, exploring more, healthier food options, and not doing so much mindless eating. The part I am falling flat on, and which seems to worsen daily, is my motivation and desire to keep it up, I am not in the best shape physically and find a lot of excessive movement exercises are not plausible for me right now. I have tried to start walking and hope to increase my distance by one mile at least every 2 or 3 weeks. I would love to be able to incorporate some more exercises into my plan, as I feel I am not working hard enough at losing this weight. I was bouncing around the ideas of trying out some form of beginners yoga or light strength and core training. I have even considered purchasing a stationary bicycle with resistance bands. When I start thinking of all this, I tend to start feeling overwhelmed and tired out before I have even begun. Then I just tell myself I'll do something tomorrow and when tomorrow comes, it's the same cycle. I'm getting nowhere fast and feel like I'm just doing a lot of wishful thinking. I could really use some advice and suggestions that could help me with this block and I desperately need some words of encouragement and some motivation, I need a cheerleader to ag me on. Sorry to act so desperate but I'm alone in this journey and need some support to help get me through and reach my goals. Thank you all so juch for listening.
