I’m new and I’m so glad this is a group.
I am trying to loose 10-12 lbs and hopefully if I gain muscle most of that will shed easy.
I have a lot of trouble in my theighs and butt. I don’t want the bubble butt like most girls desire, I also feel like i can drink 60oz of water and my body retains it? It is like I’m bloated.

Has anyone ever felt like that?

What are the best REAL proteins and healthy fats everyone is eating ? I have go tos but I would love to expand :)

    Hi Kristi! I find lots of lean meat helps (chicken breast, pork tenderloin, turkey breast, fish, etc) help with de-bloating. These meats also help you stay fuller for longer! 💪🏻
    Lots of veggies on the side 🥗—and like you said, water, water, water! 💧

    Remember, you can do this! Commitment is what matters most—even if it’s just a little every day ❤️
