I will post my exercise routine here and note if I did it today and note any changes.
On to the workout:
Wake up and do heal sides with knee extension 10 both sides.
30 foot pumps slow each foot.
30 sec ankle rotation both sides.
Do lower trunk rotation 10 times
Figure 4 leg drop hold for 20 count each side
Sit up on edge of bed and lean forward trying to touch the ground. Hold for 20 count. Sit up and arch backwards hands on hips. Hold for 20 count. Repeat 3 times.
Roll shoulders forward 30 sec and back 30 sec.
Stretch arms and neck.
Do what ya need to for the morning.
Afternoon workout: lightly stretch before starting
Wall push-ups 20
Cat Cow 10
Clamshell 10 each leg. Reverse clamshell 10 each leg.
Leg lifts 10 Hold for 5 count.
Side dips 10 each side.
And your done.

I have one leg that is numb in the thigh. Makes these hard to do.
