Sorry, I have been missing.
I spent a few weeks in bipolar depression hell and ceased functioning,stayed in bed and ate ready meals and gained 10lb one week going back up to 237 lb, been improved this past week and lost 4 lb,now 233lb.

I had such a busy, stressful day today and ate terrible. I was doing so well, tracking and staying in target. Reps brought us lunch from longhorn and they had my favorite, parmesan crusted chicken and broccoli! Then with all the salt, wanted something sweet and had a couple pieces of candy. Then had a work dinner at Ruth Chris and ate a few bites of steak and mashed potatoes. I brought most of it home for leftovers for my hubby.

I just looked at my last week's numbers and I had a typo! I did NOT skyrocket up 11 pounds to 195.9. Last week was actually 185.9! Sorry if I threw us all off for the week :-(

We're leaving around noon today to drive up to Muncie, Indiana for our oldest daughter's first half iron man race. I wish I had her persistence and drive but it's certainly inspiring - enough that I took a brief walk this morning before breakfast. Ok - it's not an iron man but every journey (or race) starts with the first step.

I am definitely coming down with a cold 🫤 woke up with a scratchy throat and body aches after sleeping almost 12 hours. Going to rest this weekend and drink lots of fluids. I need to feel better for my trip to RI and NH this week.

I tried to sleep in this morning, but when you're used to waking up at 7am, I was only able to "sleep in" until 7:30 😂 I had some hot tea this morning and then did a few small things around the house and sat in my recliner watching game shows.
Does anyone else like game shows? I watch a lot of them, but my favorite is the price is right.

I don't know what this thing just did 😆 but I'm trying to reply through 'quote' to you question @Lauren_989 about '1 small thing I could change?' I feel like I have to get the whole package (prepare up front, log my food daily and get my 6000 steps in every day) otherwise it doesn't work for me.. I'll just keep starting over till it sticks again 🤞

Great start to the week! I got out early for a slow walk this morning before it got too hot. You're supposed to sweat out a cold…or is that a fever? Feeling slightly better today, but still don't want to over do it. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!
