    Which smell do you prefer: fresh cut grass or fresh bread in the oven?

    I prefer the bread - cut grass makes me sneeze 🤧

    Well my flight to RI got delayed from tonight to tomorrow morning 😫 I hate flying for this reason.

    @jimboden3 How was your daughter's iron man? That is an amazing accomplishment!

    @lauren_989 I think the bread vs. grass question depends on the season. I living in NH, which gets cold. In the spring and summer, there is nothing that smells better than fresh cut grass! In the fall and winter, I think I the smell might be disconcerting and I would pick the warm smell of baking bread every day!

    Lauren, I hope it is okay if I do my weigh in early. I'm heading out to Minnisota for a music festival so I will not be home one Friday to do my regular weigh in. Here are my numbers as of today:

    CW: 183.9

    Only a very small drop, but I'll take it. As long as I am trending down, I've decided that is enough.

    We are on our way up to NH, so I am trying to catch up a bit here. I hope everyone is having a good week! I went for a jog this morning and played top golf yesterday. That was a lot of fun!

    Today we walked around the town shops, went on a pedal boat, went up a ski lift and hiked some trails at the top, and went to the hot tub and pool. Busy day but a lot of fun. Only bad thing was I forgot to put sunscreen on before pedal boating and now I am a lobster! I have a ton of heat eminating off me 🫤

    I usually prefer the beach, but have really enjoyed vacations to the mountains.

    I think I am going to be hovering between 269 and 273 all through our time at our cottage. I have lots of “good” activities like long bike rides, walks in the nature preserve, and beach activities — offset by ice cream, off diet foods like hot dogs, hamburgers, etc, and backyard bar-b-ques. Oh well, I will keep controlling my activities and be happy, I am not continuing ballooning upward.

    In answer to your question of the day, we love going to the beach (which we do at least a couple of times each week in the summer). Nothing against mountains but I live in the American Midwest where there are no mountains to speak off!
