Two week weight gain from traveling and not keeping up with food diary. Hopefully I can get back into weight loss mode again. Will try to record all foods in diary today. I find it’s difficult to get back into weight loss mode once you’ve fallen off course for a couple of weeks. We’ll see if I can discipline myself enough to start up again. Just don’t feel motivated at the moment.2 -
We've all been there…you're doing so well, that I wouldn't let this tiny setback derail your hard work. I have a few suggestions…next time, even on vacation, it only takes seconds to key your food in to the app and it helps to keep your habit renewed. Second, this week is week 2 of our Group Partner walking challenge. Find yourself a partner from your team or in the group challenge chat thread and let this push you to active walking for the week. Might just slay those two pounds!! It's always a successful challenge and everyone loves it. You can walk indoors, grocery aisles (if you can't handle humidity like me), outside, treadmill, in place while watching tv, dancing around the house to your favorite tunes…lots of options as long as you're moving! Third, if this vacation break was intentional due to just needing a break, then just shake it off and get back to your usual routine. We need those two, so don't let me (or anyone) assume your reasoning. It's your life and no one else's, but I've been watching your diligence and progress and you're doing so well. Obviously you're feeling better, so let that be your biggest motivator. Set a new small goal and get back to work.

Also, if you have an area or two where you feel you need more attention/motivation, discuss it in the chat or in the group challenge…I'm always looking for new group challenge ideas as I do these every week. You'd be surprised how nice it is to do a week of something different, but helpful. Would love to have you join us!

Had a couple not so good eating days, but still super annoying Because i have not missed a day in my workouts. But this morning they made breakfast sandwiches at work, I went to grab one and smacked my own hand (figuratively, i didnt actually smack myself, that may look weird at work ha) and turned around and ate the breakfast I made before work, 1 whole egg and some more egg whites with spinach, and a protein shake.
