Ltd: 19.5 poundsMy short-term goal is 140 pounds to reach a “normal” BMI and my ultimate goal is to maintain my weight between 125-130, which is the mid-range of the BMI for my height (a little over 5’3”) and the weight at which I feel best. I recognize that BMI measures do not work for some people but it’s a good gauge of progress for me. Best wishes, Shape Shifters! I hope you have a great week. 😊
