@FWSWCindy I hate when that happens! I try to remember to look at my watch's charge percent every few mornings so I can pick a time to recharge. I generally recharge at ~20%, to be safe.

Hey y'all:
Hope you're having a terrific Monday (if that's possible)…my day started off just right…got up early…took a shower and got dressed, danced for 15 minutes and then walked for another 10 minutes to get my first mile in for the day…had to do some walking at work and ended up staying an hour late because of a last minute meeting…but came home, fixed dinner, cleaned up the kitchen, emptied trash and emptied the poo box and am now relaxing. Still gonna do a few exercises…
Hoping for a more productive Tuesday…generated a few things my manager requested today and then found out, they weren't really needed, so that time was wasted and I'm still behind on emails…UGH…but tomorrow is another day for accomplishment!

Took a walk a couple days ago with my 2 youngest kids. Needed to get a couple thousand steps in so they wanted to go and walk the rims (cliffs surrounding the city we live in) the ended up dragging me around searching for caves lol. The second picture my sons was trying to get into a cave you can see down into from up where I was, he was trying to get into it, but he had to jump a large gap and I told him no 🤦♀️

Mon 7/7: 9868It's getting hot. Too hot for walks, I'm thinking. We've been going first thing in the morning to get the boys out of the house for an hour or so, but that might be coming to an end, with the low temps in the 90s now. I might have to stick only with the treadmill for a couple of months, even though I absolutely hate the idea of giving up that part of our day.

Thought for Tuesday- after going to ER 2 weeks ago thinking I was having a heart attack; my husband went to ER a week ago for possible appendicitis which it turned out not to be happening- it was a muscle pull and then $1600 for our AC that went out

7/7 14218 (4 mile walk)I walked 8 miles today. Ran some intervals, but only for about a mile of the eight total. @Zaxa2021 it's hot here too. I, too, have been walking/running in 90+ degree heat, and it's miserable. This morning it was 60 degrees at 6 am, so out the door I went. It was still pretty humid, which we never get, so not the best, but tolerable. I'm just thankful the half marathon is at the end of September when it will/should be cool.

@angmarie28 I, too, love the pictures! Where do you live?
@frankwbrown Yea, when I had a fitbit, it was much easier to keep it charged. I got a Samsung Ring a while back and it's really easy for me to forget to charge it or, like I did today for about an hour, leave it on the charger!! I'm not going to let perfect get in the way of my progress! However, I have started keeping better track of my "intentional walks."

Ltd: 20.3This loss reflects three weeks of tracking food and exercise. My last weigh in was on June 19 because I was traveling. So, It’s more like .7 of a pound than 2.1 pounds.

I felt as though I ate more than usual on both my work trip and my vacation. The food was healthy but I ate more desserts and drank more alcohol than usual. So, I was happy to see today’s result, especially because I was able to achieve my short-term goal of 20 pounds lost. I hope I can keep the momentum going.
My new short-term goal is 140 pounds, which is a normal BMI for my height. My ultimate goal is to reach the midpoint of the normal BMI range and maintain my weight between 125-130. I appreciate the encouragement and accountability of our group. Thank you! 🙏🏼
