@walkintofit - I’m convinced some things are genetic. Hope the meds agree with you. And good luck getting your social security sorted out and everything in place. @Sparkuvu - good to get some unbiased information.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - very nice that some cat supplies can go on your card!

@SweetPeasMom55 - your mom hiding things is a challenge for sure. My mom did a clever thing when everyone but my Grandma agreed she needed to give up driving. Her car went to the shop and never got fixed. My mom was lots happier driving Grandma to her numerous meetings, appointments, etc. Great meal planning! Wanna do mine? LOL

Very tired tonight, but husband and I made excellent progress on selling our rental house. The leased solar panels we have on it were only a minor complication solved with a phone call. I did get another day in the pool. Hoping to last till the end of the month if the water isn’t any colder than it does now. @Lopeyp - nice pic! We birdwatch from the pool, and occasionally see red shouldered hawks and even bald eagles.

Eve says it my fault she catnapped through treat time.

@Sparkuvu we just had the Sam ’s Club Chicken Pot Pie the other night with plenty of leftovers as well. And it cost less for the whole pie than it would have cost to grab food at a fast food joint (which "we" rarely do). It’s loaded with veggies and my DH was having a craving for it and it was quick and easy since I had spent much of the weekend meal-prepping for my breakfast/lunches for the week.

@SweetPeasMom55 Oh no! Did you ever find the keys?

@Lopeyp that’s so cool when you see wildlife while out hiking or walking!

    10/21

Back road trip today. Saw a flock of wild turkeys, invited them to be our guest of honor at Thanksgiving..not one of them showed any interest!! No deer and the elk should start showing up soon. I love going into our lil country town instead of the big city.

Anyone else have an issue with the food record area today. I got some weird pixilated page , I know they are changing over to the new one which I think is great , So maybe just getting the bugs out right now?

Been a full day after a crazy week, ready to kick back and make like quiet for a while!

    Good nite y'al

Yes, I had trouble as well. It kept glitching and dividing my words into peices so of course it couldn't find those odd foods! Very annoying, hope it's bringing something better in its wake!

Diane, what are you doing to drop the cholesterol? So far I am adding more veggies and a red rice yeast capsule. I reallly don't want to take statins. The dr says exercise more for keeping bones strong. I have been exercising regulary since starting Sparkpeople. Not sure if I need to do more than that. I could be that I have genitics working in my body.
