I did W9D2 of HHHM2 today (5 miles). I was hoping to get in a 10k race this weekend, but it doesn't look good with family obligations. Getting hotter out there now for us in Wisconsin. I'm guessing that's old hat for Just_Ceci.

I don't do real well in the heat, that's why I get up EARLY in the morning to run!

I ran Zero to 10k, w6d1 this morning. It was 5 intervals of 5 minutes each with 2 minutes of walking in between. I ran through the last walking interval and about a quarter of a mile into the cool down part. (That last part was downhill). Feels good to be running again!

I ran 11.5 miles today. I think that's my longest run yet. It was a beautiful morning run.

Skipped ahead to week 7 in my Zero to 10k plan this morning. It was 4 intervals of 8 minutes each with 2 minutes walking between. I actually ran through the last walking interval, so 18 minutes straight. Still slow, but feeling good!

ETA: It was already hot at 6 am. :|

6 miles again, today. For some reason, today seemed to last forever.... Maybe I'm delirious in the Alabama summer heat! LOL

My run was harder this morning also. I blame the Arkansas heat and humidity. I was soaked after a very short time!

Managed to finish w7d3 (oops, was supposed to be d2). Four 8 minute runs with 2 minutes walking in between.

@upsaluki That's awesome! I have just decided to give Half Training a try. I am not a fan of the app I selected but I guess I will make due. At least I have a plan. I seem to need that. Today was Day 3 Week 1.

Today's run was supposed to be 4 ten minute runs with 2 minutes walking in between. I ran through the last 2 walking segments so ran 34 minutes straight! I guess I'm not in as bad running shape as I thought I was.

It is so stinking hot, even at 6 AM!

I managed to get my three weekly runs in while in California for work this past week. Now I need to fit in my long slow run tomorrow.

I ran this morning- 2 twenty minute segments with 2 minutes walking in between. Felt like I was running in a sauna. 3.44 miles in 42 minutes. The first 20 minutes is pretty much uphill and the second 20 minutes is pretty much down the same hill, from the visitor center at my national park to the highest overlook and back.

I did my usual three mile run yesterday and bumped up to around 7 for my run today. I'm trying to add in a little extra to make up for missing my long run this past weekend.

5.5 miles today. It was 84 and sunny and I wilted out there. Thought that would give @Just_Ceci a chuckle. 8)

When I rode my bike last night it was 94, with a feels like temp of 103. We stopped for ice cream and lemonade!

This morning it was only about 75 when I started my run at 6 AM. I ran 40 minutes straight today, up the hill at the National Park and back down again- 3.3 miles.

Ran a half marathon today. No race, just because.

I ran W9D2 on Wednesday, and W9D3 on Friday last week. Friday was 45 minutes straight - 3.68 miles. I'm running a 5k on Saturday, so decided to stray from the program this week. Today I ran 3.36 miles in 38:15 on a fairly flat course. The 5k on Saturday is fairly flat.

Nice. I've been doing pretty good too. Since July 22 I've ran 3.4, 5.6, 10.5 3.7 and 3.7 miles. I'm off my half marathon training so I'm kind of just doing around 3 miles during the week and a good long run on the weekend. It doesn't look like I'm going to fit in the Half Marathon race I had my eye on.

Awesome, was there wine involved? I keep running, but haven't been updating here now that I'm not training for an event.
