Last night was a close call...I went overboard in the afternoon but luckily stopped myself and still went to a spin class and worked out. I'm counting it as a B because I've had too many close calls recently. Does anyone have a tough time differentiating? I feel like my B's have gotten smaller..maybe not calorie wise but I'm able to stop them & make a better choice that day rather than throwing the whole day away. I used to just nap and be alone..but now I'm able to pick myself up and move on from it. It's still happening though, so it's still the same bottom line, I'm turning to food for comfort.0 -

It's been a really long time since I've posted in here, but I'm glad you guys kept my original thread going!!
Just checking in to let you know that I have been binge/purge free since August 31, 2012.
It is possible to overcome the binge!!!!!! So proud of all of you0 -
i had a small binge this week, though now that I'm eating better and more mindful, it wasn't as out of control as it could have been ;-) thanks for the support!0

I'm eating treats more often but not letting them turn into binges..however I still think I'm going over my calorie goal. I can't tell what's worse: eating over my calorie goal a little every day..or going WAY over a couple times a week & being under the rest. Hmmm..0 -
