Hey I like the theme for this group, I could relate to it straight away as in the past my "diet" has always started "tomorrow" after each time setback. No more of that! Everything starts NOW and as of today.0

Did you do it? I just got done with mine. I usually try to workout in the mornings, but it took a lot of talking to convince myself that I wanted to.0 -
