Goal is 90 miles! I do walking, count steps via fitbit, random Leslie, etc.

I got in 3 miles this morning and wanted to walk after dinner, but my calves are still sore (lots of walking and ice skating) so I decided to take a break tonight.

debbiewsharpe, I understand! Been there also and gained back some weight during that time. I'm back for a couple of months now. The beginning is hard just because.....it is a beginning again.... but I encourage you to continue on.
I am so glad that you followed through and joined in. Start with an appropriate goal to what you can do now, and work up to it and then through it. Don't look back and be disappointed with yourself, just walk on!!!

karencymru, take care of yourself while you are getting better. Join back in as you feel up to it. List whatever exercise you did to make note of exercise here if you feel like it, even if it doesn't count for miles as such. I want you to feel welcome however you are getting your exercise.
Understand about missing a Leslie walk Sometimes I use another instructor's walking DVD to shake it up. And it is all good, but we do like our LS walks .

I did 9 miles today (whew) 4 miles in the morning and 5 miles tonight. I am feeling it too! I would love to get outdoors but it's been so rainy and windy!

I'm getting a late start this month because i went on vacation over the weekend. So my goal for November will be 70. I'm hoping to push the envelope and exceed my expectations this month. With the next 3 months being busy (thanksgiving, christmas, birthday) i am going to need to stay on task and give it a little bit more. Also with the weather changing i'll more than likely switch from outside walking to more inside walking.
