    I wear a fitbit and just joined a challenge to get in a minimum of 10,000 steps per day for one year so I just pulled out my WAH DVDs Saturday, November 16th before I even knew there was a challenge here on MFP. I will do a combination of treadmill and DVDs just so I don't get bored with either. I am so glad I have others to do it with. Since I am so late in the game I pledge to walk 50 miles for the month of November. I forgot how easy yet effective these videos are. I am excited to start the December challenge from the beginning.

    I just wanted to say welcome! I also walk outdoors when I can and do other workout videos as well. Sending you lots of good luck with getting your 10,000 daily steps in! :)
