    Weigh-ins:

    Week 1: 12/06/13 = 298.6 (-1.4)

    Week 2: 12/13/13 = 296.8 (-1.8)

    Week 3: 12/20/13 = 297.4 (+0.6) OOPS!

    Week 4: 12/27/13 = On Vacation. No Weigh in.

    Week 5: 12/31/13 = 297.6 (+0.2)

    Total of 2.4 loss! Only half of my goal, but with the holidays I count that as a win.

    January should be awesome.

    Week 2: 12/13/13 = 205 (-4.0) happy sigh...
    Week 3: 12/20/13 = 206 (+1) sad sigh...
    Week 4: 12/27/13 = 203 (-3) up down up down (hope to break this pattern and not go up...)
    Week 5: 12/31/13 = 199.5 (-3.5) Did it ...stunned sigh...

    Week 2: 12/11/13 = 249 (-4 pounds!)

    Week 3: 12/18/13 = 248 (-1 pound)

    Week 4: 12/25/13 = 247 (-1 pound). I forgot to post yesterday.

    Week 5: 12/31/13 = 245 (-2 pounds!)

    12/19/13= 230 (+5) Doctor put me on some meds that he said would make me gain a few lbs :sad: But I'm sure I'll drop them next week when I'm off the meds... Hopefully I can pull off some loss this month :frown:
    12/26/13= 232 (+2) Hopefully now that I'm past Christmas I can start to lose again... Excited about getting back into my routine and back to the gym
    12/31/13= 231 (-1) Yay? lol
    Well, not the greatest month for me... But with the challenges of medications from being sick, and all the holiday parties, I figure I did pretty good... On to January! A wonderful month for many reasons, one of which is my 31st Birthday on the 15th! And of course some great new fitness toys to try out from Christmas gifts! Happy New Years Fit Fam!!! :drinker:

    Time to close out this challenge. We have a lot of folks who started the month but haven't checked in. Like last month, I will close out the thread Sunday evening. Be sure to post your final weights if you wish to be included in the monthly tally.

    Malia, it was a tough month for many of us with sickness. Hope you are better, and we look forward to reports on fitness gains from the new toys. 31? Sigh, I suddenly feel very old. lol Have a Happy Birthday!

    I literally squeaked by this month. Sorry I'm just logging in now, it has been very busy here with the holidays and this is my first time on the computer and not my phone in two weeks. Hoping for a better month in January.

    Well that last lb kept coming and going heh. Still, I met my goal (although it was a little less than usual as I took holidays into account and the fact I'm almost always sick at Christmas hehe). Really looking forwards to January! :D

    Ended with a loss of 7.4 lb.
    Made it through December without totally crashing. YEEHaw! Now to clean up my eating AGAIN. lol! I will kick butt in January. :wink: Mainly my own. lol!

    I ended with a weight loss of 10 pounds. OMG! I lost 10 pounds!! I hadn't actually stopped to think of it like this! Now I KNOW I like these challenges!

    The thread is now closed. For the extremely tough month of December, The 16 people reporting losses totalled 74.9 lbs lost.

    Congratulations to those folks who blew it out of the water this month: Emmerin78 and leannabseven who both posted double digit losses.

    Not bad peeps, not bad at all. January is here. Let's have the best month yet!
