Today was rough! I was too busy this to exercise in the a.m. like I usually do, and I was very tempted to skip it altogether ... BUT this challenge helped keep me focused on my goals! So I'm happy to say I pushed myself to exercise this evening. :-)

Yes, yes, and yes!! I am taking it a bit easy with the exercise because I hurt my back but I spent over two hours today scrubbing a house that hasn't been lived in for a year so it was pretty filthy. Im more exhausted now than if I had gone for a run!0

I stayed home from work today slept off and on all day long,on another round of amoxicillian feel like crap. On top of once again getting another upper respiratory infection in less than 2 months wouldn't you know it I started today uuuugggghhhhhh!!!!!!! Well I guess now I know why I was up 2 pounds last night at TOPS weigh in0 -
