    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup, just logged a chocolate square & going to grab it before heading towards the bedroom.

    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes set for 1200. Only at 800 so far due to getting wisdom teeth pulled.
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Wasn't sure, but feeling fine after pulling and managed to walk for 25 minutes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. right up to the applesauce I put too much cinnamon in and so gave to my son. Off to get some more.

    Did I work out today - yes 1 mile run and 30 minute of weight training

    I love this challenge. My husband invited me out to lunch today. This normally would have been a day I would say screw it I am eating whatever I want and I won't have time to work out. Not today, because of this challenge I made better choices for what I ate at lunch and made sure I worked out when I got home from work.

    AWESOME!! :bigsmile: That's what I call a "life style" change!! Way to go....you go this girl!! :drinker:

    Okay, talking as a mother now.....please be careful going out that late ANYWHERE!! :noway: I realize you are a college student, places open late for you guys, and campus police (Barney?), but really ....be careful!! Be smart. Be aware of your surroundings. Stay safe. :flowerforyou:

    Going to up my calories for today (Weds)... Usually 1200, upping to 2000. My son is requesting dinner out (at the most unhealthy joint in town! lol!) if he passes his karate belt test. Can't say no to that!!! :) Already got over an hour in on the elliptical this morning to help counteract what happenings may go on this evening. lol!
