I love this challenge. My husband invited me out to lunch today. This normally would have been a day I would say screw it I am eating whatever I want and I won't have time to work out. Not today, because of this challenge I made better choices for what I ate at lunch and made sure I worked out when I got home from work.

Can't say no to that!!! Already got over an hour in on the elliptical this morning to help counteract what happenings may go on this evening. lol!0
