    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? No - it was very hot today - still is at 11pm
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No - over by 99kj (24 cal)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Awwww....please don't stop!!! Keep going on your own. Find things inside....DVDs, you tube videos, swimming, even cleaning around the house. Just keep movin & losin!!! :bigsmile:

    I'm not giving up on the diet or exercise - just not with the challenge - that wouldn't be fair on the others that actually did make their daily goals. :smile: I'll probably be back next month. Good luck to everybody else.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes - 98 minutes trying to undo an ice cream binge...
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I thought I broke even, but ended up forgetting one last chocolate - remembered this morning and it put me over by 38 calories... I'm so disappointed because I stayed up until midnight to make up my calories and totally forgot about the last entry. :grumble:

    December 13th - UGH!!
    Yesterday I was under my calorie goal by 27 calories even though I had eaten half a Red Baron Supreme pizza and had even completed my diary. Well, while watching TV, I didn't even realize until I had eaten it that I had picked up a piece of my husband's pizza and eaten it. I mean, I knew I was eating it but didn't think about it. Number one reason why I don't bring food in the living room any longer. When your watching TV, you aren't even paying attention! Anyways, once I realized what I was doing, I said to myself, "I will go for a walk after this show to make up for it", and can you believe that I FELL ASLEEP while watching the show. Sooooo.......I messed up big time and now I am out of the challenge. Ugh!

    I just signed up for a half marathon early New Years Day; this will keep me motivated to get all my miles in during the week so I run it well and come in at the time I want;
