We are doing SOOO well as a group this month! I'm very proud of the efforts being put forth.

I would double down on my goal but I am still fighting weather issues :sad: :sad: and I don't belong to a gym, so its outside riding/walking or nothing.:drinker: :drinker: If I can see a clear weather window, I will consider upping my goal.:laugh: :laugh:0 -

If any of you have some energy to spare I sure could put it to good use, gosh I have been draggin my @ss ALL week. I think it is from NO sugar, No flour, No legumes and NO dairy. been off those nasty things for 12 days now!!! Good job for getting after it everybody! 1/2 way through the month & now 1/2 way to my goal!!

Finally broke the 200 mile mark. 3 more miles XC skiing. It was ICEY!!! It wasn't smooth ice either. It was the kind of ice that is smooth either. The trail was all torn up form previous skiers when it was warm so it wanted to grab your skis and point you into the trees. I finally gave up after two miles, skied back to the truck and went home.

:happy: Thanks for the encouragement Dave. This is the month that work goes from 30 hours a week to 70 or 80 hours a week or more:noway: so I'm purposely banking miles now for those days at the end of the month I might barely move from the house to the car to the office and back again.:grumble: And, I'm trying to find ways to sneak some walking time in so I might move more even when I am busy. It's all adding up so far. :happy: :happy:
vhuber, if you ever do find that fountain of energy (youth is so overrated :laugh: ) let me know. It sounds like you need it more than I do right now, but I definately don't have the energy I had when I was younger. :grumble:
Mostly treadmill today. If I can get out my door, I'm walking outside tomorrow, snow or no snow.
