This winter is terrible here in Quebec! It's definitely not a great winter for running... :grumble: Injuries are just around the corner if you're not careful. :sad:
After having snow and freezing rain last week followed by polar temperature (-45F) for 4 days, it was impossible for me to even think about going out for a run. And now, the weather's perfect for a run, -17C (1F), but with the very strong winds, it's impossible to stay on your feet with the icy roads Yesterday morning it was 21F, pouring rain, and around lunch time we got freezing rain (again!), and a bit of snow over night, while the temperatures drop to -28C (-18F). :huh:

Quite positive I set my goal for 100 miles, I haven't been able to hit the gym all week and therefore have yet to do any mileage so I want my goal brought down to 80 miles. I'll be hitting the gym today though and will get in a lot of mileage on the recumbent bike0
