I will be ending my required 12 week classers on March 3rd and then will schedule an appointment with my surgeon!
I need to lose 5-10% (we'll go with 10%) to be considered for surgery.

Okay, I'm going in, also! Last challenge was a flop for me, so changes must happen!
My goal is to stop useless, empty carbs and focus on fluids, protein and complex carbs, along with more exercise.

I'm at a plateau and haven't lost a single pound. But I'm ok with that! I'm losing inches!
I changed up my workouts a bit by going to more than just one class. Been trying to get 2 class in each day at least 2-3 times per week0 -
Great job LolaBug! I too am on a plateau. Not too worried yet. I'm still losing, just very slowly and I am also losing inches. However, if it doesn't pick up again soon, I won't meet my goal for Mar 1.0

These challenges are made to set short-term goals that help keep you positive and motivated towards your main goal!
I hope everyone is doing well! I haven't lost much at all, but that's ok. I know I'm working my butt of at it every day!

I think I may have been a little ambitious with my March 1st goal but as you said it is just something to shoot for and keep you motivated. I HAVE been losing each week and that's what really matters!
