I'm at a plateau and haven't lost a single pound. But I'm ok with that! I'm losing inches!
I changed up my workouts a bit by going to more than just one class. Been trying to get 2 class in each day at least 2-3 times per week0 -
Great job LolaBug! I too am on a plateau. Not too worried yet. I'm still losing, just very slowly and I am also losing inches. However, if it doesn't pick up again soon, I won't meet my goal for Mar 1.0

I think I may have been a little ambitious with my March 1st goal but as you said it is just something to shoot for and keep you motivated. I HAVE been losing each week and that's what really matters!

If i can get to that weight that'll be the lowest weight I've been at since 1996 or so, eeeK! And it'll be a total of 110 lbs in about 6 months. I guess I better start running.0 -

I was doing very well, then I got the flu! So, my exercise plan has been on hold, but I'm hoping to start up again tomorrow.

I missed the start date, but i'll play for the next 4 weeks!
My SW is 249.8
My GW is 239.8
I am planning on losing 10 pounds by March 1.
I am also setting 2 other goals for myself:
1) get out and walk at least 3x per week
2) drink 8 glasses of water/day
I am struggling with both of those things.0 -
