Hey everyone, sorry for being MIA for the week things have been crazy. It looks as though we are all a little spent from last week.
I updated the spreadsheet with my numbers and will be spending my entire night at the gym (as well as Friday and Saturday) after not doing anything yesterday I need to make up for it!

Keep on keepin on ladies - we can do this :)

    Hi Team....

Yesterday, I did end up going over calories - but, I did log them so at least I was somewhat responsible in logging. We ate out at olive garden yesterday so it's always a challenge and I couldn't say no to the wine.

So, I also added another 20 minutes of exercise because it was a nice day at 30 degrees and I took my dog for a walk.

Today, I am going to try and do my 3 miles but minimum of 2.5 because that's where I am stuck on the training schedule. Then, it's some hot yoga for a good sweat and stretchy goodness.

Also, logging my naughtiness of food for today as well. Stupid poundcake that I ate for breakfast.

Nutrition Goal: Go to the grocery store and get lots of fruits and veggies!! Keep logging. Hide the Easter candy!!!

Hi Bridget, yes we all seem to be exhausted this week! We can still make our goals and I'm all set for a killer week next week.

Kim, you're doing awesome! Don't worry about going over your daily calories, but try to keep under your weekly average and way to go on logging everything! :drinker:

I am still really tired and struggling through to get the minimum done. I started a new strength training routine, and besides that I'm only doing some walking and some boxing to get my combat minutes in. I must do my punishment as well. I had plans to do it more than once, but that is not going to happen this week!

I'm my mum's carer, and I've just found out we're getting respite next week so I will be on holidays and will have loads of time to get back on form!

I managed my 45 minutes on the treadmill. I am just struggling to get thru this 2.5 miles without stopping. So, I did intervals the last 1/2 mile of 5.0 and 4.3. Then, I went immediately to Hot Yoga. I didn't have time to do the punishment because I had to drive my son to pick up his new car and I was running late.

I went to update the chart and realized that I logged the Kettlebells but did not actually go. So, I am not as far as I thought.

Oh, I changed the charting to have our current week pop up as you access it.

That's all I have for today. Tomorrow will be figured out asap.

Kim, its too early to worry about Easter candy... right now I need to avoid those precious little Girl Scouts! I can't pass by them:noway: Good thing the boxes are small and I have 6 people to help me eat them!

I'm still pluggin' away on my workouts but definitely don't have much for umph this week. I should be able to make it to the gym tomorrow morning for Core and Dance so that will help my numbers. I have one boy trying out for Little League and another one who made Championships for Basketball which are both tomorrow plus I have to work. It's gonna be a busy day for me!

Hi - I just recorded my information for today and tomorrow so that you have the totals.

If tomorrow should change, then I will update it. I'm going to count my working which should be 5 miles and I count that as 75 minutes which I got authorization for....LOL

As Always, I will be short in the categories....

I'm going to have to get my punishment in at work or right after....maybe, I'll wait until after so I don't split my scrubs doing burpees :noway:

Oh, my time on the treadmill seemed better today....I kept the treadmill between 4.2 and 4.4. My heart rate was 88 to 90% which is pretty high for an old woman. I need to get this old ticker conditioned.

Wow Kim, you are doing awesome on the treadmill. I'm so impressed! I'm donating 30 mins of strength training to you this week to help you get to goal.

I'm sorry I don't have many minutes to donate this week, team, I'll do better next week.

    Go team Carl!

Queen, will you donate 20 strength to Kat?

Zombie, can you spare 5 cardio to Queen?

I am sorry that after work I only logged just over 3 miles - so, I calculate 45 minutes.

I will ultimately be short for the cardio.

Next week, I will nail it all and hopefully contribute to someone else.

Thanks everyone for the support of this awesome team  :flowerforyou:

    OK...treadmill 45 minutes

Me :drinker: :drinker: vs. Treadmill

    Here's my success...2.5 miles straight, no stopping at 4.3 (13:38 min/mile). That's 33 minutes of straight running.

Now, I have to work on the 3 miles :grumble:

    Hi, team....

I was going to run today and do Hot Yoga but I don't think the run is going to happen. I have lots and lots to do today.

    Today is....

I don't normally count cleaning, but I will be going up and down the stairs to the attic to pack away winter boxes and such. It should take an hour and I will probably count it because it just not general housework. I will see how it goes.

    Groceries shopping for yum-yums

    Hot Yoga - 60 minutes

I'd count the moving of boxes too. I use to have to do that and it was one heck of a chore! My new house doesn't have an attic though so everything is just stacked up in the garage. Kinda messy but at least I don't have to maneuver the stairs with heavy boxes anymore. Good luck and great job on your runs!

Team Daryl has decided on this week's punishment exercise, the Spartan Bow.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVyvF2B3CIo
If this is too difficult for your current level, you can do basic lunges instead. Please complete this exercise 30 times per leg, 4 times this week.

Booties are going to HURT

Got my 60 of Hot Yoga done. I have no idea why my feet/arches hurt so bad in there but it must be good, right?

Sorry I haven't checked in yet for the week. I am overloaded with homework and research papers right now for school on top of the baby and working a 40 hour week. I don't know how much I will get in, but I will try! Sorry!

Ugh.... not happy about the punishment! I've been having trouble with lunges alone lately and to bump it up to this level.... GRRR!!!!

Uhmmm... Where is everyone this week? It's super quiet:huh: Queenbee.... are you still with us?

I'm gonna work on those stupid punishment things tomorrow. Has anyone attempted them yet? So not excited about them but the week is almost over:noway:

I'm still here, I am having a crazy busy week between school and work. Everything seems to be due this week for my classes :noway: hopefully next week will be more calm so I can make up for the past 2 weeks. We also got a huge snowstorm here and got almost 2 feet of snow:sad: Hope everybody else is having a better week!

    Hi Team

Sorry for being so quiet this week. I'm not so well. Managed to get my minimum exercise in. Those punishment lunges were a killer! I put 40lbs in my backpack when I exercised my dog to get my walk with extra weight in. It was nice to be able to take it off again at the end of the walk.

Hope the rest of the team are doing well. Here's to Carl turning up on Sunday and killing loads of walkers!

    Go team Carl!

Leader board has been updated here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1195194-weekly-leaderboard-and-most-valuable-players
Glenn and Maggie will be choosing the punishment this week. What's nice is there has been a different winner every week so far. Congrats to all the MVPs and have a great week everyone. Hoping to see some reunions in the next few episodes.

Punishment has been decided. Glenn and Maggie would like everyone to do a 60 second plank, 3 times this week.

SWEET!!! I like planks! No problem on this one:bigsmile:

How's everyone doing? I'm starting to stress a little bit cause I have a friend who wants to come stay with me for a couple days. I really want to see her but I think it will put a damper on my workouts. Next week my husband has a friend who is visiting too. I'm not as concerned with that one but you never know what could happen when your normal routine is disturbed:ohwell: After we send our house guest away, we are headed to Las Vegas for a week. These next few weeks are seriously gonna test my strength and dedication!!!
