Hello team
Glad to see we are off to a good start.
My goals for the challenge is to
*lose 10 pounds...average about a pound a week
*increase my workouts to five out of seven days a week
... I will try to think of more during the week
My cw is 166.6
My goal weight as of right now is about 135ish
Monday -
Cardio = 0
Strength = 0
Calories = under
Tuesday -
Cardio = 30 minutes
Strength = 45 minutes
Calories = over (it was my birthday so I didn't expect to be under but overall it was a good day)

Great work with your goals this week! I don't think this week is counted -- I think you all just need to send me your goals. I am off to eat breakfast (though it's 12:30 PM haha) and exercise! My biggest issue is staying within my calorie limits as I work in a supermarket bakery... i am surrounded by cookies and cakes all the time Really trying hard to resist temptation but it's hard when I'm making cupcakes and am surrounded by delicious toppings. Exercise is fine for me though.

Well, I've been slacking on exercise thanks to work, so time to throw on my sports bra and start moving! I'll count my exercise contributions starting today, but I should still be able to catch up. Only thing is I know I consumed more than my calorie limit the past few days. Oh well. The point is, I'm making an effort0 -

So far this week I am at 165mins of Cardio (not including my 45 kickboxing...that is for tomorrow!) I also have completed 65 mins of the resistance training!

Just to share, my goals for this challenge is to lose 10lbs and 2 inches off of my waist. This challenge is seriously kicking my butt into gear too. I love it!

Just completed 210 mins of cardio, which included 45 mins of kickboxing type cardio. 90 mins of resistance! Hoping to stay on calorie target for Saturday to help push Team Carl to the front!!0 -
Should be able to hit all of the goals today except for the strength. That will be the only one I didn't get this week, but next week is a new week!0

Sorry for being absent last week, I had a really hard week and it was a struggle to get all my challenges done and I didn't have any time left to post, but things are improving this week. Wow! Ok, last week wasn't a good week for me.
Mon: Strength training 30 mins, 10 mins cardio kickboxing
Tues: 30 mins walking
Wed: 30 mins strength training, cardio kickboxing 10 mins, walking 18 mins
Thurs: 45 mins walking
Fri: 30 mins strength training, 10 mins cardio kickboxing, 35 mins walking
Sat: 25 mins Jillian Michaels cardio kickboxing video (gosh, that was tough!) 30 mins walking
I went over my calorie goal on a couple of days, but I was still under for the week.
