    My goal is 80 miles in February. Hopefully i will get more than that, we will see! #letsgo

    February 1-5 miles 5 mega miles
    February 2-7 miles 5 mega miles (4 in the morning and 3 in the evening)
    February 3-4 miles 4 fast miles
    February 4-7 miles 4 fast miles and 3 mega miles
    February 5-4 miles 4 fast miles
    February 6-4 miles 5 mega miles
    February 7-4 miles 4 fast miles
    February 8-(I did a lot of walking while running errands i only calculated the time not the mileage)
    February 9-6 miles 1 4 fast miles and 5 mega miles
    February 10-4 miles 4 fast miles
    February 11-4 miles 4 fast miles
    February 12-no miles, (i was snowed/iced in and sick : [ )
    February 13-4 miles 4 fast miles (I wasn't 100% but i didn't want to miss another day)

    Goal for January: miles ? b/c I'm mixing walks with other exercises,

    Today, I did the Heart healthy walk (2 miles) and I also did Short Cuts Upper body which is strength work. I added my 2 miles to my monthly total below.

    I was only going to do 3 miles of the LS 5 fat burning miles. But once I got started
    I just keep going until I did all 5 miles. So 5 miles again today.

    Feb 21 - WATP Get up and Get Started (I like doing this workout because it is great for the arms) I also did time on the elliptical and doing weights on Friday.

    Feb 22 - Five day walk plan --2 miles plus the warm up, cool down and abs section (45 minutes)
