    I hope I can join in now. I have gone off of my rountine of eating right and walking. I am spending too much time eating junk and watching tv. I just read 7 pages of post from all of you and I do feel motivated again. I need help and I am asking for it. I will try to post daily the rest of the month and shoot for at least 3 miles per day. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!

    I haven't had time to exercise the last couple of days, so it feels great to get back into it today!

    60 mile goal

    February 1: 2 miles outside
    February 2: 3 miles outside
    February 4: 4 miles outside
    February 6: LS 3 Mile Slim & Sleek Walk
    February 7: Jessica Smith Spicy Walk (maybe 2 miles?)
    February 8: LS 5 Mile Advanced Walk
    February 9: Jessica Smith Belly, Buns & Thighs Walk (40 min, so maybe 2 miles?)
    February 11: 2 miles outside, LS 3 Mile Slim & Sleek Walk
    February 12: LS 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk (my first time doing this one; I really like it!)
    February 13: LS Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles
    February 15: 1 mile outside
    February 16: Jessica Smith Barefoot Walk (maybe 2 miles?)
    February 17: LS Burn Body Fat & Sculpt Your Arms 3 mile
    February 18: Morning: Mile #1 of LS Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles; Evening: The entire workout of 5 Really Big Miles
    February 19: rest day
    February 20: HIIT video on youtube

    February 8-(I did a lot of walking while running errands i only calculated the time not the mileage)

    February 12-no miles, (i was snowed/iced in and sick : [ )

    Sunday was my rest day.
    and today was LS 3 fast miles
    bringing my total to 65
    goal 70 almost there.

    Welcome debbie, We are very glad that you are joining in and walking with us!

    There is no better day to choose to start over than today!

    If you find 3 miles a bit much after your break in routine please consider starting with less mileage. Sometimes after a comeback to exercise we find that we cannot do the same amount of exercise that we were doing before our time off. It is hard not to look back and compare ourselves to what we used to do, and then the tendency can be to be hard on ourselves because we have to modify things for awhile. Or worse to become discouraged and quit.

    I speak from much experience :ohwell: .

    See what you can do and remember ~ each mile is a step in the right direction!

    I am proud of your willingness to start over now and not wait till next month :smile: . That is awesome!!
