Spent a couple of nice days visiting family in Scotland - putting my mind at ease as my Aunts and Uncles are getting increasingly old and frail - weather was wild as I drove back to England though. But now I'm home and snug.

6mile run after a long day at work. Busy, busy the next few days between working and getting some good running in. Just found out that I am going to New York for 4 days in the beginning of March...... have to say I am more than a little anxious as most of the trip seems to be revolving around where we are eating. Just hope that all of the walking we will be doing while there will help keep things fairly balanced.0 -

I went to work today instead of calling in for a snow day so that I wouldn't blow my routine. I didn't get a walk in - 6" of snow on every surface will put a damper on that - but I didn't stay home and eat out of boredom either. Congrats to our new medalists (which my tablet autocorrected to "concrete finally" yesterday. Sorry.)!!! everybody keep up the good work!0 -

I survived today at work. I also ate pizza and stayed green. My sodium is off the charts and I had a hard time getting the water in for some unknown reason, but I have my 8 glasses in and will try to sneak in a few more before bed.0 -

I went waaaay over today! Just totally blew it! I still feel like crud. Shouldn't the antibiotics be working by now? This was my 3rd full day of taking them. Idk. Well tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I'll get back on track with my eating, drinking and walking.

I did not track dinner. It was a planned red day since I knew we'd be going out and it was wonderful: crab and macadamia stuffed halibut with some sort of buttery sauce (beurre blanc?). We split it, but also split a beef tips appetizer, caesar salad, and dessert. And we had cocktails and coffee with cream with dessert.... so I am sure I am way in the red! Worth it though!

I had my daily calories eaten before I went for Valentine's dinner. Which was the most amazing dinner I've ever had. All Vegan food at this gorgeous restaurant in Dublin. I'm not a Vegan but the food was amazing!!

Hi Everyone,
I'm bowing out of the challenge this month. I'm just so sick of counting every single thing I eat and want to take a break from mpf for a few weeks and see how I get on. I may be back in March. I'm going on a couple of holidays this month and just don't want to be thinking of mpf and counting everything.
