I had a very frustrating day today...people make me crazy sometimes and the people making me crazy today aren't people I can easily walk away from. I could..but there would be trouble later, I think. Anywho, the choices today were eat up to my calories or drink because they made me crazy. I chose eating and now I am going to bed.0 -

When I closed out my log today I had 666 calories left. :devil: Seriously, if I were not stuffed to the brim I would take a bite of anything so I could change the numbers. But it kind of makes me laugh. :laugh:
@kawookie---so glad your Dad is progressing and I hope you and your family are all taking care of themselves as well. (caretakers are at a serious increase for concern of health concerns because they fail to do what they need)
@MelissaPhipps---I thought I was the only one that would avoid the outings on the actual HOLIDAY because I hate the chaos. Blah! Glad you enjoyed your lovey-dovey meal even if it was not on the right calendar day!

Ventured into the free weights section of the gym for the first time armed with my iphone app that told me what to do in such a place. It was not as intimidating as I'd feared and I feel like I actually had a pretty good workout.

Have started logging my PT that I am supposed to do at least every other day as calisthenics in my diary. I don't plan to eat back those calories, but I want to hold myself accountable for doing the exercises and logging here works for everything else, so why not. I didn't even eat back any of my lunch time walk today. I woke up ravenous, but had to make myself eat a tablespoon of peanut butter to get close to my goal number. Hope all of you are doing well. I am sleepy, sleepy, sleepy so turning in early.0 -

I'm having such a hard time staying green. I was in red danger territory at work today, luckily got out a little early in time to do 45 minutes of Zumba. After taking a break last week, my body just wants to EAT, EAT, EAT!!!!! I was going to go Chevy Red tonight, but instead am settling on some ginger tea.
